It's situated in Venetian Lido, the island which divides the Sea (on which the Hotel overlooks) from the Lagoon. Stayed in May for 4 nights in a basic, quite nicely sized room with a seaside view. The room was very basic, with a few minor issues. On the last evening we discovered that there were lots of ants on the floor, which had gotten into my laptop, which wasn't the nicest surprise. The paint was also crumbling down from the ceiling down on the bed. The bathroom was very dated and the shower had some seemingly permanent stains. The breakfast was very basic, but no real complaints there. I would always prefer more fresh stuff, and there were no decaf alternatives for the hot beverages. Basic stuff like toast, fruit, bacon etc available. Decent, but nothing amazing. The staff was friendly, always helped when they could, and they were the nicest part of the stay. Location was ok, about 20-25min walk to the vaporetto, and on the beach. Sadly it rained during our stay and the beach was still being cleaned so didn't get to use the beach at all. I can imagine it's very nice during the summer season. Very easy access to Venice from Lido, and we liked that it wasn't even nearly as busy as the main islands.

We stayed in this hotel for a business trip and would advice the organizers to look for a more business type of hotel. Air conditioner was not working, breakfast started at 8 a.m (at the same time that the meeting) so we could not even grab a bite. The staff willingness to help was a hit or miss...bed was ok but pillows VERY hard. The best was the shower...will probably look for a different resort if I come back to Lido.

The title says it all. A great base to stay in when visiting Venice. Easily assesible by the A,B and C bus right outside the boat arrival area to the stop San Antonio and a 2 minute walk to the hotel. The 1,2,5.1,5.2,8,10,14 and 6 being the quickest to Piazza Roma are frequent and very easy to get to. a VERY clean hotel, a fantastic view of the sea and very friendly staff. direct beach access on a well maintained beach. Breakfast was a very good continental breakfast with a good selection of drinks. Coffee very nice! The only downfall and preventing a 5 star is the internet was very poor and not accessible for long periods of time. Reception did try to rectify this, however was not fixed. I would recommend this hotel as a great alternative to staying in Venice and an escape from the crowds.

The staff are just brilliant! My room was bare and boring (to be fair so was the breakfast) but the staff made the hotel feel awesome! Not sure how it’s a 4star hotel though. I will however consider staying there again.

We had a lovely large room overlooking the sea; beach was clean and you have a few restaurants nearby; a 20 min walk from the nearest waterboat station; the staff were helpful and friendly, reception open 24 hours which is useful; rooms were modern, clean and comfortable; we stayed in a standard room overlooking the sea, with air con; Walking towards the waterboat station would provide you with more choices for meals; Breakfast included was a good choice of continental flavours. Was very happy with our stay.
