The location was great because it was quiet and not as packed with tourists. Nice room, good for what we needed as a home base for Venice. Breakfast was fine, but we felt like it wasn't worth the 10 euro per person it cost...better and cheaper bars/cafes right around the corner. Towels were not your typical towels...very thin!! Reception was helpful with questions about transportation to Venice.

Excellent hotel; friendly reception and breakfast staff, good buffet breakfast, large room (201), large bed with good mattress, clean & well cared for. We thought staying on the Lido was ideal - it us just a short water bus ride from Venice island, but was a nice calm oasis to return to at night. Super! There was a lovely patio which would have been lovely in slightly warmer months.

Tucked away in a quiet street this was a great place to make a base for my visit to Venice. Alilaguna and ACTV transport just up the main street for a quick hop across the bay. Also loved the beach and plenty of nice restaurants around. Breakfast was good and always well stocked. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Joanna has a lovely smile. Thanks for making my birthday week a great time.

Aug 10th /18th 2016. This is the second time we've stayed at the Hotel Villa Cipro.Just like the first time the staff are friendly and speak excellent English .The hotel is very clean and tidy and the breakfast is as good as anywhere where we've stayed in Italy . But like others have mentioned , the air conditioning was broke all the time we were there and it really was unbearable in the heat which reached 34deg during the day .The staff did all they could to help but we had no choice but to move hotels for the last few days of the holiday . I would definitely come back to stay but the air con needs to be sorted first .

We stayed here for 3 nights, with my kids (10 & 13). Staff was very friendly and helpful, the rooms and hotel was clean, the breakfast buffett was very nice as well. The location is really confeniant, a short walk to the beach and the vaporetto. Around the corner, on the main street (Elisabetta) are sone very good restaurants, pizza places and Ice cream to be had. We will stay here again. Mille Grazie to Hotel Villa Cipro.

Hotel was Just off the main walk way and easy to walk to from main water bus stop. Near lots of restaurants and a lovely bars/ coffee shops. Nice large room with king size bed. Firm matress no waking with a bad back in the morning ! Fridge in room was a bonus . Breakfast was very basic. Good size bathroom. Our room was on the ground floor oposit the reception desk and could be a little noisey first thing in the morning as other guests were checking out of the hotel. Air conditioning not working , and there was no mention of it being fixed, room was very hot in May dread to think how hot it would be a the height of summer !

Hotel Villa Cipro - Beautiful place to stay, minutes and central for the Beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Stayed in a lovely room, the buffet breakfast offered good choices. Friendly staff. We would most certainly go back there. Only a short waterbus ride away if you want to visit the beautiful Venice.
