After reading some reviews - I don't know where to start, this was a very short visit but this beautiful hotel and fabulous staff made our couple of days just wonderful - we did not need much but the warmth & service from front line staff was fantastic, the hotel is very welcoming and not too modern, so the quaintness...

The hotel is old fashioned, sober, clean, quiet and extremely well located. Just 100 steps away from the Vaporetto station and then about a 15 minute walk from the beach. The beach is in the warm, calm and shallow Mediterranean sea, surrounded by restaurants, cafes, ice cream parlours and all needed to make your family happy and safe. In Gran...

This is a lovely hotel. The staff were always friendly and greeted us with a smile. The location was perfect for what we wanted and getting the boat onto Venice every day from the Lido was part of the fun. The area itself was full of excellent restaurants and ice cream vendors and more. So after a long day in...

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Excellent customer service very helpful and even when we came home early hours in the morning they were waiting for us! The rooms were spacious bright and air con was a helping hand! Overall I'd definitely stay again!

We had a lovely stay at the hotel but afterwards it was a nightmare and I would never trust them again! A purse of mine fell down the back of the cupboard and we realised after checking out and already on the plane that it was not with us - called the hotel immediately, were told by the receptionist that...

Felt at home the minute we walked in and met the front desk staff. Very welcoming & friendly. The hotel is old, but very appealing. The bedroom was a good size, with a large comfortable bed, though it could do with some new carpet. The bathroom is relatively modern with a good sized shower. Air con worked fantastic. Breakfast was...

On a recent long weekend in Venice with our 2 elementary school aged children, we enjoyed our stay here. The room was a good size and very clean. As we were on a higher floor, the street noise was not much of an issue. However, our friends who stayed on the 1st floor were disturbed by the loud drunks at...

I booked this hotel on behalf of my mother-in-law and her sister whilst we stayed more centrally, near St Mark's Square. The staff were very friendly. The ladies enjoyed their breakfast each day. It's very near to the vaporetto stop and the walk to the beach is not a long one. A daily/weekly pass allows you to eat both at...

Enjoyed a 6 day stay here. Staff were lovely and friendly. Great location just beside the boat stop with plenty of cafes and a supermarket nearby. I liked the 1950's style decor with lovely art on the walls. The bedroom room was cosy and spotlessly clean. I stayed here for the film festival and there was a bus stop to...
