Beautiful Art Nouveau hotel. Very quiet area with garden and private large free car park. Fantastic welcome from Leah and Mark. Rana looked after us with the warm freshly baked croissants in the morning. Very spacious room, spotlessly clean and fragrant. Just 2 minutes walking from the Biennale and the Congress Center on the sea. Public service of boats and...

Unfortunately the guest went back very late in the night and just a few hours before leaving in the middle of the night. Very strange the lock in function for the whole stay and not working in the middle of the last night, never happened before, but it can happen also in a luxury five stars hotel. Very unhappy the...

We got rooms on the second floor which was a long way up with heavy suitcases and no lift. The room and ensuite was serviceable and clean but nothing fancy. Nonetheless, the air conditioning kept us cool and the water was hot. The staff were very helpful and showed us how to locate buses and beaches etc. However, the public...

We got the two top rooms. A lot of stairs and no elevator. The rooms were quite warm and in one room we only managed to open one small window, the others were permanently closed with screws. Air condition was hanging on the wall in both rooms, but we were not able to use them. Don't know if it was...

We were a family of 3 - 2 adults and a 12 yr old. The hotel was definitely not 3 star.It is run down, old and shabby (with no chic!). We stayed here over the UK May bank holiday and would have gone somewhere else if we could have done. The hotel is a good 15 min walk from the...

Villa Parco is a charming place with a friendly and helpful staff. Great room for the money and a true value. A manageable 3/4 mile walk to the water taxi and downtown Lido. If you're looking for a place to sleep but not a fancy place, Villa Parco does the trick. Downside is a really small shower, but at least...

Before travelling We were apprehensive since as shown in google map distance was very long from venezia st. lucia station, we reached station at 11.30 Midnight and could easily get a boat...

When I booked this hotel, it was the only cheap one left. Reviews were really terrible, but I had to stay just for one night. I have to say that at the end it wasn't that bad! The property is for sure run down and the staff doesn't seem to care of it that much. It's a pity, because it...

I was prepared for the worst after reading earlier reviews here but trust me Villa Parco is quite alright. Keep in mind that this is a budget hotel. Our room was clean, the beds were ok and the bathroom was clean also. This is a good hotel to explore Venice. Within a half hour you are on piazza San Marco...

This place is a real dump. I don't know where it got its 3 stars from... The rooms are dirty, the furniture is cheap and everything falls apart. It has the standards of an old hostel but with the price of a luxury hotel.
