Stayed here for a week. It is a bit west of town, but not far, fairly quiet. The setup included a small stove sink and refrigerator, along with plates, pots and such. It was cool out and I was alone, but they do have a place that you can enjoy an outside area, to have a fire and picnic and such. Also have a hot tub that I did not go to.
My husband and I stayed in a two queen kitchenette cabin. It was small but very clean and comfortable - and about 1/3 the price of the least expensive hotel in Jackson! Management was friendly and had great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Would happily stay there again.
Room was very nice with a small area to cook and sitting area. It is about 30 minutes from Jackson WY. We were passing through on our way to Whitefish. It was a great stop. Close to good restaurants and groceries.
We stayed at the Teton Valley Cabins for a family reunion. Great location and layout of the property. The cabins were spacious, nicely decorated, comfortable and clean. Didn't know what to expect but was impressed with the cabin's amenities including a refrigerator, coffee maker, small dining area, tv, portable fan and large bathroom. Plenty of room for four inside. The beds pushed up against the wall mentioned in other reviews was a bit of a challenge. The decor is super cute with log bed frames, colorful bed spreads and artwork. The grounds are perfect for a family get together - a large gathering area complete with volleyball net and fire pit. Picnic tables are out front of each cabin group, which we relocated to the fire pit area to hold family dinners. The complex includes a large hot tub and plenty of parking. The cabins and property rate 5 stars and I would recommend it to others. However, my issue was with the Manager on duty. In her defense I'm sure she has to deal with a lot of rowdy, loud, demanding tourists. But upon checking in and from that point on every interaction with her was met with a sour expression and almost anger. If you run a hotel don't be surprised that you have to deal with people! In my case I felt like I was a necessary, but unwelcome thing she had to deal with. We had several interactions over the course of 4 days (regarding parking, hot tub use, etc. etc.) and every contact with her became an accusation rather than a response. As I said previously I would rate 5 stars for the property, the cabins, the amenities and the location. Management (in particular this Manager) I would rate 1 star. For her some training in customer service and how to interact with fellow humans might be a good idea.…
We selected the one room queen bed middle unit of three. Our headboard was bolted to the wall with the right side up against the wall. Although the bed was very comfortable, getting in or out during the night was a challenge for the wall sleeper like me. Coffee maker is old school but functions well. Small refrigerator was fine. Wifi was acceptable. Daily maid service actually happened. On site activities are limited to a campfire, grilling, volley ball and horse shoes. Going into Driggs is a breeze. Don't forget to stop at Provisions Kitchen for a wonderful breakfast.
Tiny little cabin had a nice new mini-kitchen (fridge with a shoebox-sized freezer, stove top & sink, with utensils) and they even managed to wedge in a little dining table & 2 chairs. Relaxing- campfire area and horse shoes. Jacuzzi was understandably not open yet due to COVID. Friendly, efficient front desk. The room we were in (Cabin #1) had 2 queens, adorable decore, and was not along the road (some of the other cabins were closer to the road). Only 1 mile up from town, but out enough to be quiet.
Pros: The cabin was clean and close to town. We enjoyed sitting on the porch Nice mini kitchen and Nice bath. Very friendly front desk Cons: Cabin was right next to main highway into town and noise was distracting. Side of bed was right up to wall and very difficult to get in and out of. There was no view of the mountains as described, wood for firepit or other activity as depicted in photos.
Enjoyed our stay here. Located conveniently to many of the local and regional attractions. Cabin was clean, private, and ready for us on check-in. Beds are not very comfortable but overall the stay was good.
Fantastic gem in Driggs. A little bit of commute to parks, but worth the drive. Great price well kept perfect. IF you want a place to stay with no worries, this is the place to be. IT is worth booking ahead of time as they fill up.
We stayed in the least expensive cabin available, but it was still nice. A couple minor maintenance issues, but most everything worked as it should. Prospective guests should realize that it is a log cabin. Not a luxury one, either. It is attractive (if you like cabins), clean and well equipped. If you need 20 electrical and usb outlets and hate the smell of wood, this might not be your place. If you are looking for a slightly rustic feel in a gorgeous location with a very friendly staff, I wholeheartedly recommend it.
