We were passing through Driggs and stopped here because of favorable Trip Advisor reviews. We found our room rustic but clean, with a comfortable bed - but things went downhill from there. We had just turned out for the night when people entered the room next to ours. We could hear their voices, doors opening and closing, the toilet flushing... More

This is a great little place hidden away. Prices are reasonable and the guest house feel makes it like staying at grandma's house. The owners are wonderful and everything you could need is provided in the rooms. Do your self a favor and stay here

This modest guest haus has simple, old-fashioned rooms in a quirky setting that has been added onto over the years. The rooms have everything you need for a comfortable stay. There is nothing luxurious about these efficient and practical accommodations. The host, Nancy Nielson, is great, wonderfully friendly and helpful. Internet is free and the location central, right off the... More

We stayed here for 4 nights & loved the location and the wonderful hospitality from the co-owner, Nancy. Great access to the Grand Tetons and Grand Targhee and a gorgeous town with lots of great restaurants, health food stores and a fantastic supermarket. The Visitor Centre had the most fabulous display. Our room was delightful with every comfort & the... More

Nancy, the owner, was very kind in helping us (2 couples on motorcycles) find other accommodation and food during a rain storm. She was full, but took the time to call many many places until she found us comfortable accommodations. She then recommended a place to eat. Thanks Nancy. Just an example of the great hospitality we love down here.... More

Small locally owned motel. Quaint (old)!! Friendly owner whose family has owned motel for some time. Lots of history in the making of the motel. Needs some updates but not a bad inexpensive place to stay

Clean and very inexpensive. The grounds are massive and boast a fun treehouse. My children were warmly welcomed. Kind owners and thoughtful details. This is the best deal in a one hundred mile radius, so book in advance! Centrally located. Directly across the street from a great pool.

First, the lady who was operating the motel was very nice and very gracious. And to the extent you can clean a motel room that hasn't been updated in 40+ years, I assume the room was clean. But the rooms - and I only saw three of them - are beyond "rustic." The carpets appeared to be well over 20... More

Wow. What a surprise review, when the lady never said a word to us about how she felt! Please take a moment to see our rooms for yourselves on our website: thepinestetonvalley.com Nancy Nielson, owner More

I lived in this area for a year and a half and always wanted to stay here. Had to return and thought that is exactly what I would do. I am hoping they have a room open when I go again!! I don't want to stay anywhere else in Driggs.

Must share! My daughter realized she left her stuffed animal that she has slept with FOREVER in the bed covers at The Pines after we had already traveled hours into Montana. Nancy, the owner, contacted us before we could even get a cell signal to reach her first. She offered to mail him home to us - But there is... More
