My husband and I stayed here last night. Was better than we expected. A beautiful historic home in the historic district of Coeur d’Alene. Our room was very comfortable. Nancy did an amazing job presenting us breakfast. The food and service was excellent. She also provided wine, water, soda and lots of snacks. We were also within walking distance of some very nice restaurant

Nancy's historic home is graceful and the amenities (linens, beds, toiletries, lighting, bathrooms...) are luxurious. We didn't want to get out of the sublime bed but we did so as not to miss the delicious full breakfasts in the sunroom, along with the other guests who were happy to be there. Nancy has a small number of rooms so the home is always quiet and immaculate. She knows all the good restaurants and offers useful info on things to do according to your personal taste. Do treat yourself to a stay here as you'll never forget the experience. We'll return for another stay in the not-distant future.

We can't say enough good things about our stay, we enjoyed every minute! We were two couples from different states visiting Coeur d'Alene for the first time. Nancy made us feel at home! The best bed and linens you will find even at a 5 Star! The location was perfect, we could walk downtown or just in the neighborhood! Breakfast was excellent with a beautiful presentation. We were able to enjoy the evenings both inside and outside - just wonderful and relaxing!

Stayed with Nancy at the McFarland Inn B&B in July this year, had a very wonderful stay. Nancy was excellent as a hostess, was such a wonderful cook, and she was a great day-by-day conversationalist. She helped us with advice and dining tips and gave so much information about Coeur d'Alene. Our room was scrupulously clean, bedding divinely soft and smooth as could be, and we slept so well on the wonderfully comfortable Queen mattress. We stayed in The Huckleberry Room, which was lovely and had so much room! We recommend this experience and would go again any time! Nancy worked hard to make our stay so enjoyable. Oh, and she was great with the dietary needs for celiac, gluten free. She also kept us safe during the pandemic season of caution, with plenty of snacks, water, sanitizer. Don't pass this place up!

This is a very nice B & B. Our hostess was welcoming and helpful. One of the nicest beds and linens we have ever experienced. Clean, comfortable and well stocked. Lots of extra space in room and in house that is dedicated to her guests. Wonderful breakfasts and is accommodating to eating types. Just stay here, you’ll love it.
