Lovely motel with log style decor. I had a spacious king room with a comfy bed, mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The front desk staff were very friendly, and they offer free continental breakfast. There’s a small walking trail if you want to stretch your legs and there’s also a hot tub. I would definitely stay here again.

This is the first time I ever reviewed a night’s stay. The Log Inn was perfect for a night on a bike trip on the Selkirk Loop. Huge room for all my gear, immaculately clean, quiet even with being on main road( which made it simple to find !) Hit tub, laundry, breakfast too. Staff more than helpful and competent- Wish all my hotel stays were so gratifying

Karen, Thank you so much for taking the time to review our hotel! How was your bike trip? I hope that you made it home safely. We waived at you when we saw you heading north after leaving the hotel. I hope that we will see you again (bicycle or car!) Thanks so much again for the wonderful feedback. It was a pleasure getting to know you and your story. Have a wonderful weekend.

I stayed in Cabin 10. The atmosphere is very calming and cozy. My sister kept saying that it reminded her of our grandparent’s place. The bed is clean and comfortable, the floors are spotless, the windows are shiny and clear, the bathrooms are VERY clean to such a degree as to make me feel comfortable (which is pretty hard, I’m a bit of a germaphobe). The coffee maker was a nice touch, and that’s saying something. I’m not much of a coffee drinker, but I did have to be up early next morning. Just what I needed. Considering these are pet friendly, the room was considerably pet hair free. I would have left a 10$ tip if I had had 10$ on me at the time. The only slight issue I had was our neighbors were a little loud, but that won’t effect my review, as that is no fault of the motel. Added note from my little sister: “It was cozy, and it was safe.” Also the Knight in the lobby added a nice touch. I told my sister that he patrolled the place at night and kept us safe from intruders.

We were amazed at the high quality experience of this place at such a reasonable price. Room was large and spotless with a nice bathroom. The bedding and pillows were the quality you would find in a top-rated hotel. There was a fridge, microwave and Keurig. Whoever owns this place gets 5 stars for the detail. Good taste in decor (not tacky or old-school log cabin style) and pays attention to the details. There was even a darling hand crocheted blanket thrown over a chair. We only stayed one night on our way to Canada for a ski trip, but I would definitely stay here again. I don't know how they offer such good quality for the price.

We are tired of constantly searching for places to plug in our RAV 4. Nice little hiking trail out back. The host was pleasant and accommodating, giving us lots of ideas of what we might do in the short time we were staying.

This little Inn is well priced yet super clean and comfortable. Our King bed room included a table with w chairs and a large chair, night stands and tv stand. All the furniture is made of logs. The large bath bathroom suite area has the coffee bar, microwave & small refer on a lig stand too. This facility was probably once a motor court where you drive up to your room and park in front. So convenient and no stairs to lug you luggage up. One of the best features of the Log Inn is the warm and friendly lobby & owners. The lobby has a fireplace with comfy sofa and chairs and a warm atmosphere for you yummy continental breakfast. One of the tasty treats is homemade lemon bread made by a local resident. The owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. We didn't use the jot tub so can't review that feature.

Spacious, well laid out and very clean room with a really nice shower. Light breakfast. We enjoyed a nice walk on the trail around the perimeter of the property. There was a fair bit of road noise and some noise between the rooms. It is quite a way out of town and on a Sunday, nothing was open nearby. The staff were really nice. We would stay again

Echo the positives from other travelers. It's clean, comfortable and updated without being "corporate". Wife and I stayed here on our trek across MT/ID and this was the only non-big brand hotel (I am a Marriot guy). Made me nervous since I usually know what I am getting at the brand's but this is truly a local-type hotel that does not disappoint. It was nostalgic to road trips in the old days where you park in front of your room, get ice down the way and actually hang out. We got there a couple hours before dark and actually sat out in front of our room in the Adirondack chairs enjoying the great late summer weather. We had a king room - huge log bed, comfortable mattress, little fridge, microwave and sink/get-ready area outside of toilet area. It was reasonably priced at about $100. Its about a mile above the town itself on the river but the grounds are nice. Motel in front, RV park in back. Good walking trail, little koi pond and easy to find.
