Travelling from SLC to Idaho stopped at this Holiday Inn Express - great location, close to the highway yet very quiet. Extremely nice and helpful hotel staff, including Moldavian born receptionist. Available late night snack, good breakfast, clean room. Nice décor of the hotel.

So this holiday inn was nice and clean. Decent breakfast bar and recently renovated. The bikes rental are cheap and you can leave them locked up anywhere downtown. It's a good location but if you do want to go to a decent restaurant nearby and don't have a car prepare to walk OR uber.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Its newly constructed so everything works for it. Rooms are clean and well managed. View from hotel is amazing. I enjoyed my daily nature walks next to Boise River. One major issue with the hotel is immature staff. Specially ones in the evening, I assume they are college dropouts and have no...

Been staying here for months. The staff is extremely friendly, professional and willing to take care of any problem that arises. Always greet you when you walk in and notice you when you leave. Helpful when asked questions and willing to go that extra mile when you need something, whether advice for eating or taking you downtown in their shuttle....

My husband and I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and had a great time.  We saw a concert across the street at the Taco Bell Arena. As soon as we checked in we were told that someone there would be happy to give us a ride to the Arena.  They took us up to the line.  It was wonderful....

I checked in yesterday and left immediately for work purposes. I generally don't get in until late and am very hungry. I stopped at the desk to ask about local food at 11:45pm. Katie was working the front desk. She had all the answers I needed, a kind and sweet personality, and a manner that quickly expressed her readiness to...

The staff was excellent and the room was clean and spacious. It was the end of the pool season but we were able to use it before it closed. They have a shuttle to town but we had a vehicle so did not need to utilize it.

The desk clerks were friendly and even asked if I had a preference for upper or lower floors. The room was clean with a super comfy bed with lots of pillows for sitting up to read a good book. I have to eat gluten free, but the kind lady stocking the breakfast bar was able to advise me on gluten-free...

We had a very pleasant stay. Rooms were newly updated. Staff was kind and helpful. The warm continental breakfast had many choices. The van driver was patient and friendly. Would definitely stay there again!
