We scheduled a conference for our franchisees at this hotel because it came highly recommended. After having conferences in multiple cities and experiencing many types of hotel staff I can say The Grove went above and beyond our expectations.

I was recently at the Grove in Boise for a conference and my phone died. I had one shipped the next day, they held it for me at the desk, and notified me of it coming in so that I could pick the new phone up. They also have excellent room service. They have a chicken strip dinner that is...

Upscale and fresh- this hotel is king for its location. Yes, it's a downtown hotel so prepare to pay and find parking. Or skip parking altogether and ride the free airport shuttle and use the $7 Uber (to almost anywhere in Boise) if you need a ride somewhere.
