Wonderful front desk!! However we walked into our room and it was kinda a let down. Shower does not drain properly so you are standing in like an inch of water. There was also pieces of yucky soap wrapper in the shower (not from us). The ottoman had like dried food on it, our ice bucket had some type of black stuff stuck to the top and inside (I thought it looked like chewing tabacco but my husband wasn’t sure what it was. Got into bed and discovered we were sleeping on the BARE MATTRESS PAD😭😭😭😭, the bed was made with no bottom sheet. I have a sinking feeling our room wasn’t cleaned and I’m 100% freaked out and disgusted. I’m currently writing this review from the room right now...we have already gone to far in this dirty room, what’s the point in turning back now?!! Ugh I pray we don’t pick up anything from staying in this room. I can’t believe we had been laying on the mattress pad for over an hour before we realized. OH! The trash bins had no liners and the inside of the little trash bins were super gross. I can’t wait for check out. It’s pure torture being almost certain we are laying in a dirty bed.

This place was amazing!! Super cool decor and conveniently located right downtown. Walked to everything we wanted to easily. Valet is super friendly and Natasha at the front desk is amazing. Restaurant was delicious!! Specifically the meatloaf and cheeseburger! Great workout facilities and lap pool with wet and dry saunas.

Well, upon arrival everything started great but as our stay continues, it led to disappointment. The workers were very nice and informing, however they put our family next to some huge teenage kids, that , must of been part of some tournaments. They were so fricken loud! My family and could not get a decent rest that night as we kept waking up due to their loudness!!! My kids later on picked a movie and unfortunately every 10 minutes the movie would turn off!!!! I called the front desk and they said they are working on it. So for the rest of that night nothing worked! And when we tried it the next morning, it worked for 5 min and turned off again! We were TV, less, which is a must if you have little ones!!!! The food inside the restaurant, in the lobby was so expensive!!!! Dinner was 98 bucks! And breakfast! Just for some basic eggs and a slice of bacon , everything just was overpriced and not worth the comfort, especially if you have kids, 2 big kids were bored and my baby kept drifting to the dirty windows that was full of black grit. Hotel looks nice upon arrival but in the room, not worth it, especially if you have little kids.

Hi Murphy852014 - thank you for sharing your review regarding your recent stay with us. It definitely looks as though it was a disappointing experience, of which we never want anyone to have at our hotel. I'm truly sorry to hear about the issues with our TV system - I know the issue that you experienced occurred over a 24 hour period and our teams spent countless hours with our TV vendor remote in an attempt to get our TV system back online but were unsuccessful until the next day. This issue has now been resolved and I can honestly has never happened in the entire 5+ years that I have been at the hotel. Earlier this week, our quarterly window washing took place - and those are now good as new, but I apologize that you felt the windows were dirty - being a high rise hotel, we have a separate crew that addresses the exterior of our windows periodically to ensure that these are not left in a dirty/bad condition - Boise's winter weather can be unforgiving sometimes, but we work our hardest to make sure our teams keep the windows in a clean condition often. I hope that you will consider staying with us again in the future - I know our team is committed to making sure that all guests are comfortable and happy with their experience. Please don't hesitate to contact me if I can assist in any way.

After a previous visit to the grove that didn't go so well, I decided to try them out again. I'm glad I did! This time around was such a great stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed back and to make sure things would go better. Not only were the rooms very nice and clean/sanitized ( which is great with everything going on still with covid) the pool and jacuzzi were amazing! We took our kids and they had such a blast in the pool. I can say this time around was such a great experience. I'm glad we gave them a second chance and most likely will go back for another stay when we get a chance. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. Not only because its such a great stay but because they do try their hardest to make things right when you feel like you didn't have a great experience with them. That to me is something that businesses lack now a days. Great job 👍
