Nancy made our stay amazing. Everything about the house is beautiful. We were treated like family, but pampered like guests. Breakfast was made from scratch and delicious. We will only stay there when we come into town. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you so much.
Our hosts, Nancy & Ralph Lynn, have spared no expense nor effort to restore this magnificent century old mansion to its original beauty. The attention to detail is amazing. Nancy's breakfasts are beyond compare. The warmth and kindness of hosts was incomparable. On a scale of 1 - 10, Wisteria Hall rates a 15.
Wisteria Hall is a beautifully restored historic home. Nancy was an exceedingly gracious hostess - she just could not have been nicer or more accomodating. My suite was big, beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast (granola/fruit parfait followed by a perfect Eggs Benedict) was delicious! My only regret was that I didn't budget more time in Waynesboro to fully appreciate Wisteria Hall's elegant furnishings and lovingly restored architectural details.
In town for a family memorial nearby. Excellent choice to stay here. Beautiful, and very restful, accommodations, wonderful wide porch for visiting with friends, delicious breakfast both days, delightful hosts who truly enjoy being so! My husband stayed here several months ago and was happy to return. A true gem in Burke County.
There is no better place to stay in Waynesboro! The owners are lovely people, and are passionate about their home and business. They made us feel right at home! The house itself is gorgeous and well decorated. It is full of incredible antiques, and the owners seem to have really focused on the details. Our room was extremely comfortable and immaculately clean. My wife commented several times that she couldn't see any dust anywhere, which is incredible considering the size of the house and the amount of decor. The breakfast was fresh and delicious! The price was extremely reasonable, considering the level of service the accommodations provided. We will absolutely return!
I had to travel to Sylvania for a business meeting and needed a place to stay. My wife found Wisteria Hall by searching online. The online pictures are wonderful, but they do not capture the breathtaking beauty of this wonderful home. The proprietors are simply the best. They made me feel a part of the family from the moment I arrived until I left. I always opt for a B&B instead of hotel if possible. This is one of the best at which I have ever stayed. Their restoration efforts are stunning. My room was eye-popping beautiful, spotlessly clean, and whisper quiet. As a weary traveler, it was everything and more that I hoped for. Nancy prepared a breakfast for me that was fit for a king! She is an elegant lady and a first class hostess! My experience here was perfect and I will not consider any other location when business takes to this part of the state!!…
From the first conversation to book our room, to saying farewell at the end of our stay, Nancy and Ralph made us feel so special! Our room was spacious, comfortable and elegant. We were celebrating our 39 th wedding anniversary and Nancy surprised us with a card & flowers in our room. The breakfasts were delicious, very filling, and served on a well appointed table with loveliest dinnerware. This is by far the BEST B & B we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend it. We chose Wisteria Hall over all the inns in the Augusta area, and so glad we did!
Everything about this B&B is delightful! From the decor and the history to the service and amenities (and AMAZING breakfast), this was a five star experience. The owner is lovely and so friendly and hospitable. We felt like welcomed guests and were treated like princesses! If you are anywhere near this place-- Millen, Waynesboro, Augusta.... stay at Wisteria Hall!!
Just returned from a fantastic trip to the Masters highlighted by a 3 night stay at Wisteria Hall. Nancy is a real gem of a person who makes you feel totally welcome and at home the minute you arrive. The house is beautifully restored and every room seems to tell a story with each having its own style and theme furnished with beautiful antiques. The wonderful wine and delicious appies at happy hour and Nancy`s stories about the area and her travels really add to the wholesome feel. Breakfasts are a real treat with almost gourmet food. We not only had a great stay but we were so fortunate to get to know Nancy and come away with a great new friend. The drive in to Augusta is short and on a 4 lane highway so it was not a bother at all. Try Wisteria Hall. You will not be disappointed that you did. One night we ate at the Camino Real Mexican restaurant and had a fantastic authentic meal with great service.…
I was in Waynesboro on business and stayed at this outstanding and beautiful home. It has been restored in a tasteful way, retaining as much of the original decor as possible. The rooms are pleasant and comfortable, but the best thing is the wonderful breakfast and hospitality shown by the owners. I highly recommend staying here, even if it's a bit off the beaten path. The town is also nice with some great local restaurants and a superb bakery - Pineland. You won't be disappointed.
