So glad to find this hotel / bed and breakfast. We like visiting this town and just have found the right place to stay at. Nice clean room, nice bath. Central location right on historic square. We will be back.

If you set your expectations right, and you happen to be in Washington, Georgia, this is a good place to stay. Room 100 is right next to the common room. The room is large, the beds comfortable. It wasn't exactly as clean as I like for the price range and when we informed the desk clerk that the elbow joint...

Stephanie, Thank you so much for your feedback. I am so sorry that you had to deal with the noise in the adjacent breakfast room and will take steps to make sure that quiet hours (which are supposed to be from 9pm to 9am in the common areas) are observed in the breakfast room as well. I will also look...

This time we are staying in a front room on the second floor. The room is nice, furnished partly with antiques. Nice bathroom with claw tub. Room has seperate AC controls which cooled the room quickly. Bed is really soft.

Attended a meeting in the ballroom at The Fitzpatrick Hotel in Washington GA and it was a beautiful, quaint, recently renovated hotel in the middle of no where. It would be a night's stay! Really a nice place and I Loved it!

In town for a work trip and stayed here 1 night. It was a week night and they rolled the sidewalks up after 5pm but it was very quaint for a small town. Not much to do on a week night either. The breakfast was slim and not much more than a continental selection. Overall, a really cool stay in...

My husband and I stopped in downtown Washington to find a restaurant before playing in a golf tournament. We happened upon this historical building and were given a personal tour by the friendly inn keeper. We only stayed one night but it was great and would recommend this special place wholeheartedly.

Very nice hotel. Greeted warmly as I checked in. Stay was just for one night wish we had more time there to explore the town. Will be coming back. Breakfast was nice mix of fruit, cereal and breads. Also sausage and biscuits. Coffee and juice.

Greeted warmly on our travels to Augusta for the golf. Lovely old building evoking all sorts of historical events going on here! Room was comfortable, hotel is well located for travelling with eateries within walking distance. Breakfast basic on a help yourself basis.

The Fitpatrick Hotel is the architectural jewel on the square in the centre of Washington, Georgia. The owners should be applauded for their restoration efforts and for providing the town with such an asset. That said, staying there recently on a Monday night was not as memorable as we had hoped. The hotel lobby and reception are impressive but our...
