Built in 1903 and on the National Registry of Historic Places, this restored Victorian/Greek Revival mansion is in the heart of historic downtown Toccoa, GA. Boasting 5 upstairs gorgeous guest rooms with period antiques all with their own private en-suite baths. Within 2 blocks of Amtrak (The Crescent), family-owned restaurants, antiques, a military museum, art galleries, and so much more. A little over a mile from the house is also the beautiful Toccoa Falls. Served every morning of your stay is a phenomenal 3-course gourmet breakfast in the exquisite dining room set for royalty. Wonderful Edwardian mansion with beautiful rooms, excellent breakfast, and marvelous hosts. Can't wait to go back! Walking distance of shopping, restaurants and historic places. Easy driving distance to hiking and Toccoa Falls.

What an amazing place to stay. The history behind this 1903 home is wonderful. And the love that Bill and Bella have for it are evident. There was no detail left undone as we were truly catered to throughout our stay. Sitting on the front porch during an April morning rain shower and drinking hot coffee and hot tea was just the mental break we needed.

Bella and Bill are outstanding hosts. My room was warm and comfy. I absolutely enjoyed my stay. I was welcomed and seen off. But for me the best part was the delicious food for breakfast. I will never forget that ginger poached pear. The most extraordinarily delicious food, I have ever put in my mouth. I had local jams and great egg dishes. I was beside myself when I actually ate foods that I don’t ordinarily eat. I came, I ate, I enjoyed. Again, great hosts, great food and a really nice place to stay. Thank you so very much.

I love this place. Bill and Bella were wonderful host/hostess. The gourmet breakfast was to "die for". I will definitely be staying here every time I go up north. They have every amenity available. Very historic and quaint.

We love this inn! It was such a pleasure to again visit the inn when we came for an Elvis tribute show at the Ritz Theatre. The inn was decorated for Thanksgiving while preparing to change over to Christmas. As we entered the foyer, the smell was delightful. Our room was large and very comfortable for 2 ladies, and the bed slept heavenly. The next morning for breakfast, we were presented a feast: a 3 course meal with juice and coffee on antique china. Historic old inn in heart of Toccoa, which has been lovingly restored. Delicious chocolate chip cookies upon arrival. Beautiful wrap around front porch! Bill and Bella made me feel right at home. The most delicious, homemade 3 course breakfast - elegantly presented, while they wore Halloween attire. Pleenty of snacks, water, tea provided. Delightful visit! 🥰

Had a wonderful time thanks to our hosts, Bella and Bill. The room (Elizabeth) was fine and it and the entire house had great charm. Sitting on the front porch in the afternoon was a great way to appreciate small town life. The breakfast was fantastic and required most of the day before being hungry again. A real treat for us to have stayed there.
