I have been a diamond or platinum choice member for over ten years so I have seen great and terrible I would say this property is well below average but could be above to above if they corrected maintenance issues and had a better cleaning staff. First the positives: I was upgraded to a suite for an extra 5 dollars...

Two problems. The rate on the internet was lower than the actual rate charged by about $10. The girl at the front desk didn't know why. And there was a charge on the bill called "Hotel Fee". I guess this is a charge for the privilege of staying at this hotel. I did not see the charge until I got...

September, 2016. First night everything was fine...or so I thought, second day and night, I noticed my head and legs were itching, by the third day, I had seen 5 roaches and my itching got continually worse. Contacted management and he was not going to admit anything, even though I had evidence of bugs. By the third day, it was...

Our room was okay. Bathroom was old and gross. People next door in 137 had roaches. Don't give Rod the bartender your credit card. Guy sitting next to me had a $300 dolar tip added to his check. Rod blamed him?? Left early, bar got sketchy fast. Bathroom in lobby was filthy the whole time we were there.

We were heading west because of Hurricane Matthew and the only hotel that had one room available was the Quality Inn...we had babies and dogs and only one room...the hotel went out of their way to make sure that we felt welcomed...it was great not having to worry about tornado's and no electric...thanks for the hospitality...

Not a clean place at all. They had bug traps, which may be common in the south Georgia, but it was full of bugs. Did not trust using any of the towels in this hotel. The breakfast selection was very poor and did not taste well. I would spend a few extra bucks and stay somewhere else.

Without a fancy exterior from the street, this motel delighted us with a completely renovated and beautiful new clean bedroom and bathroom. The motel is a good value and understandably popular with people in town for work requiring trucks. We often find ourselves making the same choices for value and practicality on the essentials--plenty of parking, good TV, and excellent...

The rooms had recently been renovated, and are lovely. Great bed, granite counters, new shower. For a room that opens to the parking lot, it was surprisingly nice. If you arrive late like we did, it's helpful to call ahead to make sure you get the room you want. I ordered a king bed, but they were taken by the...

The front desk person was obviously new and didn't not know how to handle most situations, even putting tissue in the lobby bathroom. The hotel owner refused to relocate or refund a family member after her AC did not work because the maintenance man said it felt comfortable. Another family member fought roaches all night. Another family member had to...

Pictures on the site make the place look nice however they have taken a 60's motel and added new carpet, some tile in the bath and new vanities. However it was installed by high school kids in a very poor way. It's what I call a PATCH JOB. Open seams, rusting door hinges, falling off shelves. They made an effort...
