What a wonderful B&B. Alberta and Tony were most gracious hosts. Very personable couple that were very enjoyable to talk to and they have a wealth of information about the area. The breakfasts were absoultely amazing with hand crafted fruit cups, juice AND fresh eggs from the hen house. Terrific view of the mountains from the balcony. Many things to do in the area but I will put in a plug for Ana Ruby Falls, fantastic waterfall and creek with rapids. Alberta made a anniversary cake for us very unexpected and very appreciated. Also there are desserts in the evening for the guests. Outstanding time there.
My mom and visited with Alberta and Tony over the 4th of July. We were treated royally and we always felt like family. They had several family members there as well visiting for the holiday weekend, which made for a fabulous time. We were invited to join them for family dinner cookouts, singing and visiting. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. Alberta is a fabulous cook, and our breakfasts were delicious, beautifully presented and plenty of food! We loved every minutes and can't wait to return! Thank you Alberta and Tony!
Tony and Alberta were amazing hosts and they worked hard to make sure we had an outstanding experience. The breakfasts were homemade and delectable...especially the blueberry pancakes. Our room was cozy and our private balcony overlooked the mountainous landscape. The property itself draws one in..the Mountain View, the balconies, the wrap around porches, the deck. Close to the Old Sautee Store, wineries, and hiking. We will definitely return!
My daughter and I spent two nights at the Sautee Inn. Can’t say enough good things about this Inn. Alberta and Tony were wonderful, the rooms were comfortable and clean, the breakfasts were delicious and they had fresh baked snacks available all the time. Alberta even made us yummy desserts every night of our stay. They also gave us good Dining recommendations and Tony gave us sticks for tubing so we didn’t have to rent them. Really nice place and people, highly recommended.
From the moment we were greeted at the door by the delightful inn keepers upon arrival to the warm, farewell wishes as we departed, The Sautee Inn is our new favorite home away from home when visiting the surrounding areas of Helen, Georgia and Sautee Nacoochee. Sautee Nacoochee is a gem of a town with a Native American love story. Complete with a Country Store which stocks fresh hoop cheese, old mercantile artifacts and an old player piano. The best dining in a 30 mile radius is situated just a hop across the street from the Inn, Bernie's features gourmet food and a semi-casual fine dining experience. At the Sautee Inn B&B we enjoyed the stunning Mountain View, King-Size room where we were grandly delighted by the most amazing morning sunrise. The delectable, full brilliance, handmade breakfast was fit for royalty, as we partook in the main dining room which was centered around the exquisite, original crystal chandelier. We drifted back in time as we strolled the halls of the 1892 Inn. Such visual delights along with quaint rooms, all equipped with its own terrace, perfect place for enjoying homemade sweet treats, a hot cup of coffee, wonderful conversation and peaceful mountain views. Such a charming place to getaway. Cannot express the treasure we found in getting to know the homeowners (inn keepers) as we were treated each evening to a special dessert crafted by Ms. Alberta and served by Mr. Tony. We stayed up chatting for hours. We soon felt like one of the family. This B&B is not just and inn, it's like visiting family. We felt right at home. So many kind and generous extras....I could go on and on. This place is a must stay! Until we see you again!…
