I have been staying at Hilton’s for a long time now and until this year my husband was a frequent visitor for travel. We rented a room for us and our two children during a long drive home. Upon entering we saw red flags when noticing the general lack of cleanliness in the hallways. Bags of trash, filthy dirty carpets and ding up walls and furniture. When we got to our first room we found stains on the pillows and sheets and wrinkled bedding I’m sure wasn’t changed. There were grease and food stains all over the counter, coffee splashed on the lamps and dishwasher, sticky purple stuff in the freezer and chunks of food on the phone. They moved us to a second room where the carpets were yet again dirty. And the toilet covered in feces and piss stains. We then found body hair in the shower and old used tissues shoved into the box. The entire place was filthy. And the “covid” clean seals broken on the doors before even entering because I whole heartedly do not think they do anything other than make the beds. We stayed for the sole fact that our one year old needed to go to sleep. The next morning I requested the manager who was one of the unfriendly, personality free gentleman already standing at the counter. I began to tell him all of the issues and he barely even looked up from the counter/ I seemed to genuinely be annoying him with my complaints. All he had to say was “I know who cleaned those rooms and she is very detailed” ... detailed enough to not vacuum, to not change the bedding, clean the kitchen or the bathroom. Detailed enough to not see the obvious grease smeared all over the counter. To not refill the soap or wipe other people’s pee and feces from the toilet. He then told me that “I booked with a third party and would have to take it up with them if I wanted any compensation”. Nothing more. No sorry. No nothing. Completely unprofessional. Didn’t care. I too it up with Hotels.com and when they called him to fix the issue he simply stated “they clean to the best of their ability”. I was offered nothing. He then ignored my calls and didn’t respond to my voicemails. Absolutely NO CARE FOR HIS ESTABLISHMENT. It was disgusting. I would in no way recommend anyone stay here. The dirty, unkept hotel was bad enough but the absolute disrespect and lack of care on behalf of the manager is why it looks the way it does.

Hotel's Favorite
This hotel is pretty nice, clean, new, and the location is great. There was plenty of parking and overall the hotel was great. The only problem was that we stayed 3 days and our room was not done at all. Not even the beds were made. Other than that the hotel was awesome.

The hotel itself seemed nice and staff seemed polite until my friend and I encountered many issues. The first issue was when I tried to take a 15 min nap and started itching to realize I was being bitten terribly by bed bugs! So the staff upgraded us so a bugger room immediately but then later that night there was a major leak from the ceiling in the kitchen portion of the room and it destroyed all my makeup on the table. I was told the manager would get in contact with me in the morning and he never did until I called corporate. The best they could do was take off one night for my what was supposed to be my 3 night stay. I just left completely because I felt my complaints weren’t being taken seriously and I will be contacting corporate again.

Astonished at the behavior of the staff, especially front desk concierge and manager. 12+ families stayed here for a local sports tournament weekend of aug 8-9. started with no toilet paper in rooms and refusing to provide any. lobby bathrooms digusting, and a biligerent staff who reffered to us as "your people". no mask wearing by employees while they demanding we wear ours, and eventually asking us to leave the hotel at 1am by calling the police claiming we are not following hotel guidelines. we have neve been treated so dicriminatory, as evey one of the twelve families staying here had an altercation with the staff by though demeening treated to adults and 12 yea older children. the same staff said nothing to guest of their own race when no wearing masks, and even let in 6 friends through the back door without masks. completely appauled and frustrated with the entire experience, especially having to beg at 1am no to kick us out to the manager while having to swallow our pride and disregard the poor service and treated provided. its clear the staff wanted us to know "us people" were not welcomed there and they were absolute about leveraging what they considered to be their authority. Makes me never want to come back to Atlanta. upon leaving we immediately called our credit card company to explain the poor experience. tey weer great about supporting us. disgusting human beings.

I could easily give this hotel 5 trip advisor stars. It looks new, king room was lovely, great beds and towels. The bathroom shower was great. Nice large tv. Housekeeping was weak (no toilet paper, 5 knives and one fork!, and nothing for breakfast not even an apple. Not recognized fir being a gold honors either - but Jorge was responsive and seemed to care.
