It's fine for the low price, but the bathroom and beds are small. In a double room, the beds are probably full size, but they look just smaller. Two average sized adults can sleep on them, but it'll be a close night's sleep. A family of two adults and two kids would be a tight squeeze but doable. The room was the smallest La Quinta room we've stayed in (although the small bed thing is universal to La Quinta). The bathroom is VERY tight. The evening staff was rude, the day staff was nice and helpful. It needs a spuce, but if you're used to La Quinta, it has all the standard branding. Not bad for the price.

Our room smelled horrible! I've been to multiple LaQuinta's with our dogs and this was without a doubt the worst. The room across from us had a broken door off it's hinges that didn't even close. Not one person bothered to fix that in the 2 days we were there. The breakfast was garbage. No hot foods and the coffee wasn't worth drinking. Felt like we were staying at a motel. Also, there was a condom wrapper in front of the recliner that was missed by housekeeping. Obviously, we just threw it away and didn't complain but c'mon. We requested a late check out on our last day. Sure enough a worker with a clipboard knocks and asks us when we're leaving. My husband tells her we have a late check out and she apologizes and leaves. Not even 2 minutes later housekeeping knocks on our door and asks us the same thing. Unfortunately, if you have dogs there aren't any grass patches to walk them at. There's nothing but pine needles within the parking lot areas and behind the hotel. Overall, it was a frustrating stay and never again will we be back at this location in Roswell.

We appreciate your candid feedback of your experience while staying with us. This is certainly not what we would want our guest experiences to be. We are a pet friendly hotel we are aware that we do not have enough grassy areas within our parking lot. Our location is an Inn not an Inn & Suites and so we do not currently offer the hot breakfast like some of our other locations do at this time. I will share this feedback with our team here so that we can make the necessary adjustments so this remains an isolated occurrence. All looked ok on arrival, room clean - no grumbles there. Went to bed and was woken at 2345 with a noise like a jet fighter in the room. Got up, explored, discovered it to be a washing machine in the guest laundry, adjoining my room, 314. Now, it's one thing for a guest to start a wash cycle at that time of night but it's another different thing entirely for it to appear that the machine is IN my room, rather than next door. I called reception and after a pretty insincere apology, the male who answered said he would check that the machine was not touching the paper-thin wall between the two rooms. I knew it wasn't, from my inspection. 20 mins later, no difference, so I called again. This time, the same male said he was "trying to track down the owner of the machine contents" as if that was possible or would even help! He then offered a discount on the room: I suppose he thought that would help me sleep! I suggested that he pull out the mains plug, but apparently that would not be right as the owner of the laundry had put money into the machine. Obviously the associated dollar was way more important than my comfort, peace and quiet, and sleep. I was apalled. His final comment was "anyway, the machine cycle will finish soon"! The machine finally stopped at 0100 and I eventually got back to sleep. This review is being written at 0800 the following morning, because the machine was started again at 0730 and woke me up! So, LaQuinta, you get one star and it would be zero if trip advisor allowed it. I am disgusted by your lack of care in siting the laundry machines (the other laundry wall adjoins a store-room!) and total inability to provide me with the quiet night for which I paid. Judging by the way this was handled, I have no doubt that I am not the first to complain about this. LaQuinta, why don't you prevent the machine being started between 2130 and 0830, or put them somewhere so that they cannot be heard? I'll bet that the hotel floor plan is such that -14 rooms on other floors have the same problem. Incidentally, I never post complaints like this without first attempting to get the management to rectify the problem. They did not. They did not even offer a different room. Breakfast matched the above. Stewed coffee, cardboard bread, whipped-up oil instead of butter, plastic plates, plastic cutlery. Cheap, cheap, cheap. What some hotels will do to make a few cents extra out of a guest. Yeuch! Terrible. Oh, and the in-room coffee? The picture says it all.

We do apologize that there was noise issues with the guest laundry room on the second floor as there is none on the 3rd floor. I also would like to apologize that this was not handled properly as well. I will share this with our team and also review the times of the guest laundry to prevent this from being an issue in the future.
