Last minute bookings. Quick check in to hotel staff is really friendly and helpful. Room is nice and clean. Bathroom mirror has clock with Mack up mirror which is unique. Best service with low price. Got everything what we need it in this hotel. I would definitely come back to this hotel.

Hotel looks recently remodeled. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. It is conveniently located in quiet atmosphere. We enjoyed the whole experience of our stay. Friendly and helpful staff always smiling, and have good selection of continental breakfast with hard boil eggs. We definitely recommend this hotel! and will be surly visiting on our next trip.

The beds were extremely hard, barely any breakfast was available and the rooms felt claustrophobic. The details of this hotel made it bigger in expectations than what it seemed. The hotel staff wasn’t diverse at all. They only had one other person with a different ethnicity there, and when there’s a place where there multi diversity, that is a place where people feel more comfortable in and with. The staff barely interacts with the customers (besides the young lady at the front desk) and comes to the room before check out time for others to clean yours, not giving you the time to wake up. Usually the maids don’t come to rooms until a little after check out time to do an update for you. There’s barely any difference between the regular king rooms and the suites, to top it off, the way the microwave as set up literally on top of the small fridge, not too safe, and it was squeezed between the desk and TV... not really a comfortable setting for a king size rom.

They have nowhere on there website that there would be an authorization hold equaled to one night stay plus taxes. I’m used to an authorization hold of 15% so this really took me for surprise that an extra $99 was removed from my balance at the most inconvenient time imaginable. It was the 1st of the month so bill on top of evacuating from hurricane Dorian was already more than I could’ve afford. On top of that no one assisted me. If there’s a hotel a few dollars more someplace close by, you should book there instead. I needed to stay more days and switched hotels and was glad for that change.

I felt rushed on day of checkout. The Do not Disturb sign was not noticed by me until day before checkout. I truly wish I had noticed it before due to the fact that housekeeping came by every day while I was still preparing to leave. This is not the hotel's fault as I was there for a leisurely stay and did not inform them that I expected to leave afternoon each day. Breakfast was good, but would have like protein besides eggs. Again, I do not fault the hotel because reviews I read before booking stated that it was not a part of what was available for breakfast. Overall, I was very satisfied with the room and décor.
