Camped at Ft. McAllister this weekend and really enjoyed the deer and other wildlife (racoons, armadilla, birds). The water pressure in the showers was amazing! Our grandson enjoyed the playgrounds and riding his bike around the campground.

Gnats and mosquitos are always a problem in the summer in the South. We use the backyard bug spray and it keeps them out of your camp site.
