This is one of the best state parks to visit. Pine Mountain, Callaway Gardens, FDR Little White House and much more near by like Warm Springs! Park is clean, safe, and full of adventure! Not my first trip here and no where near the last! Great hiking!

We stayed in the campground during the Martin Luther King long weekend. We camped for 2 nights and totally loved the campground. There was plenty of room between our campsites. The bathrooms were clean, well lit and warm and had hot showers. You check in at the welcome center, then drive through the campground to chose your site. We hiked...

I camped two nights at the campground with my dog and myself. As a woman alone, I felt very safe. We hiked the trails with the waterfalls and one with a great overlook. It was a wonderful time. It was May, and there weren't very many other people yet, and we had a great site right on Lake Delano. You...

We arrived for Labor Day weekend, pulled into a great spot, and set up for a wonderful weekend. I will say that there are a limited number of large pull through slots for big rigs. Wonderful Trading Post store on site, Stocked with everything that you should need plus more. Great hiking trails, and lots of elevation. Close to Callaway...

We were greeted at the welcome center by a park ranger. He was extremely cordial and helpful. We hiked the wolfden trail. The trail was well maintained and well marked. Very picturesque with moderate difficulty. The highlight was cascade falls. I will definitely be back

We stayed at campground for the Calloway Gardens balloon Festival. The Festival was a disappointment, but our campground experience was very good. 30 and 50 amps. We were in 40 foot sites- 223 and 224. Everything was nice and camp host very friendly.

This was our second Georgia State Park, so we were familiar with the process. Check in was easy and the clerk gave us an overview of which sites would be appropriate for our rig. We have a 38' fifth wheel and we're hoping for a 40'+ site with 50 amps. We started by driving thru the lakefront sites, but the...

Spent our school district's fall break here. First of all the park is beautiful. The ability to make reservations online is fantastic. I wish that the language used on website corresponded with the language at the campground. For example, the website uses 15, 25, and 40 foot designations for campground spaces. Every other place I've stayed, amenities were pretty much...

We stayed at an rv site for the long 4th of July weekend. The camp ground was full and very busy but everyone was so nice and we had no problems finding our site and getting set up. There was water and electric hookup. We had enough room for a tent on our site as well. There was a lot...

We stayed in cabin 11. It was away from the others so it seemed to be quieter. Definitely couldn't hear traffic noise at all. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom only had a bar of soap and a single roll of toilet paper. (We finally found the stockpile of towels in the dresser drawers.) The shower was a bit...
