This is the absolute worst place you will ever stay. The area is sketchy. The staff is rude, the pool looked green, be careful of them commiting fraud. I had to call the police to make sure they canceled my reservation. Corporate/customer service DO NOT communicate clearly when it comes to 3rd party payments. I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS CHAIN ANY OF MY MONEY. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYWAY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CHAIN/LOCATION AND THEIR CROOKED PRACTICES!!

Well where do I begin. The lady at check in has great customer service. This is the only good thing about this visit. She is do very kind. When I went to the room I could not get in. Had to come get key rekeyed. Then I had to literally kick door open it hangs. That was a challenge. Then the hit eater did not get hit until.about 10 pm. Then I lay down all the fighting and noise. Neighbors faught from 130 till 3 then this man and 2 women fighting yelling over who man he is. Then the phone in my room did not work. Called front desk from cell it just ring rings no answer. Then this morning at 530 these other men start yelling outside about there dates slamming doors. Then I come to front desk to speak to mgr. He is not here until 11. He has still not got here. Yes u think they need to comp my room or refund money. Then there is this whole above shower head that looks like it's going to collapse at any given moment. I've never seen a motel 6 like this in my life. This is not fair. While sitting in office the head house keeper comes yelling no more late check outs. Well it's supposed to be a courtsey til 12. She was the rudest woman I've ever seen. Wow. See. You down the road.

First off... We pulled to the smell of garbage & inside the office smelled like old mop water but surprisingly the customer service was decent. We got to our room & after just 20 minutes we saw the first roach. Everywhere else was booked so we decided to stick it out for this ONE night. Needless to say we were WRONG! Hours later we spotted 2 more...!!!! I couldn’t sleep & was literally waiting for the sun to rise so we could get the heck out of there!!! Disgusted!!

I made reservations online and stayed here for 3 nights while on business in the area, and while I realize that this is a budget motel, I at least expected a decent room and a hassle-free stay. Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were courteous and professional. The age of the facility definitely shows on the outside, but my room itself was OK for the most part, with noticeable recent updates. However, the tub/shower was in disrepair, and there was considerable mold/mildew. Also, when I showered each morning, it took about 5-6 minutes for the water to get hot. I found one ice machine on the premises, and it never had any ice. On my 2nd and 3rd nights here, upon returning to my room after 10+ hour work days, my door key would not work. So, I had to go to the front desk to have it reset, which was an unnecessary annoyance and inconvenience. WiFi was free, but I was never able to connect, because the signal was too weak. I also noticed a small roach crawling on the wall my last morning there. On the plus side, most of the motel staff were courteous and personable, but I won't be returning to this motel again in the future.

I stayed here on 2 separate nights, the 12th of June and the 16th. The night of the 12th was decent. I was assigned a room - walked into my non-smoking room smelled of smoke, asked for a new room, no problems, re-assigned immediately. On my return through Atlanta, called got another room... this was NOT the same experience. I was on another side of the grounds this time. Went in to take a shower, water only turned on and couldn't be adjusted for temperature. Went to the front desk, asked for a new room, expressing the shower issue, was told maintenance would be by to fix it. After an hour+, had to call again, was assured someone would be there. Finally a guy showed up... not as much as a screw driver in hand. I asked where are your tools to fix this, "I don't have tools to fix this"... So, then what do you plan to do, I ask. He mumbles something unintelligible, walks into the bathroom and turns the shower on and tries to adjust the temp... that's broken. This was stated out loud, at which point I looked at him, like you don't say! This is what I told you before you turned on the water and what I told the front desk. He walks out, I follow him to the front desk. I asked for a new room, was told I couldn't get one, but was offered a discount of 10%.. WTF??? Told them to either give me a new room or refund me 100%... after much staring at a screen the girl at the front desk finally issued me a refund. This place is run into the ground, door jams were busted, showers busted, etc., 3-4 "working-girl" looking types hanging in & out of a single room, their 3-4 young kids hanging about, people smoking weed/pot/marijuana.... Nothing a gallon of kerosene and a match couldn't fix.
