I stayed at this hotel for one night, and while the room itself was very very spacious and clean, a few key issues made my stay less enjoyable. The WiFi was outdated and unprotected, which meant I couldn’t use my laptop or get any work done as planned. If I had booked a longer stay, I likely would have switched hotels.

The TV was also disappointing—it was a large screen but not a smart TV, with only about 10 local channels and no streaming options. Since I couldn’t log onto the internet, I was left with very limited entertainment choices.

The staff was helpful, but the interactions felt more transactional than welcoming. They weren’t rude, just not particularly warm.

Overall, while the spacious and clean room was a big plus, the lack of modern amenities and impersonal service made the experience underwhelming. If reliable internet and updated entertainment options are important to you, this may not be the best choice.

Very positive 5 night day over the holidays. Imane went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. Couldn't be any more hospitable and friendly, in spite of having to work the holidays. The concierge staff made us feel like we were ole friends.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Hoping housekeeping staff gets tipped when gfolks stay there as they work very hard in making sure things are perfect for the traveler.

We only ate there for breakfast as we were visiting family. Outstanding breakfast in a very pretty and warm setting.

Looking forward to visiting in May for a family visit.

The location and condition of the property is good. Rooms are clean. The paid parking and overly expensive breakfast options were not. The facility is lightly staffed and difficult to find when you need something. Unlike other hotel chains that provide body wash and shampoo, the Hyatt takes the opposite approach and provides two tiny little bottles that are less than a single use. Very akin to old school budget motels.

For the money, this is a very nice hotel. Clean and in good condition. Comfortable bed. The rooms are suites which is a nice touch if one person wants to sleep or read and the other wants to watch TV. There is a TV in the bedroom and the living room. Nice wet bar as well. Food at the restaurant was good except for one item I orderd for breakfast on Sunday when they do not have the buffet.

Had a 3-night stay at this hotel. my husband was in town for business, and I was there to enjoy the stay. This hotel is clean and well kept. Nice large pool area and plenty of seating. Bed was comfortable and large rooms. We had a king suite, and it was great. The gym was good sized and equipment in good working condition. The food was good, would have been nice if they were open for lunch since I was staying on property. There are lots of restaurants nearby in walking distance. Miss Lopez from housekeeping on the 7th floor kept our room in great shape. If there is anything I would leave as room for improvement, it would be that the restrooms near the pool were always locked. Also, I requested a wine glass from the bar to enjoy in my room and I was told they could not accommodate. I travel a good bit of the time, and this is the first hotel that ever told me that. I will say it was hard to be mad at because the bartender was incredibly nice about it and made sure I had plenty of plastic cups for my stay. But lets agree no one wants wine in a solo cup! Overall very nice stay for the money! Will definitely be my spot in Atlanta.

I was referred to this hotel by the local Hyatt Place, which was full. The room had not been properly cleaned, and I was charged a pet fee of $100, excessive I thought. The hotel offered a list of restaurants that delivered, but the meal we received was inedible.

Although this hotel is in a very safe area, the rooms are very run down. It is so old that we wouldn't take our shoes off in the room because the carpet was just ick. The lampshades were torn, missing handles on the doors separating the living area from the bedroom, old furniture with stains all over it. The room is the largest I have ever been in, but the condition of the rooms and condition of the parking lot makes it not worth it at all. The room was clean, but the restaurant was not, even though we were the only guests there for dinner. We found the bedding to also be very uncomfortable. The pillows were like bricks and when we stopped in at the front to get some blankets since the bedding was so thin, the blankets were thin and stiff.

I stay at this hotel in a Regency Suite about every 6 weeks. Usually a good experience. However, this time I looked at my bill and was charge $24 for water. I found 2 bottles of water with a $6 tag hanging on them in my room, which is typical, when I arrived. I left those bottles on the counter when I checked out. No idea why I was charged for 4 bottles of water. Still can't get the right person to call me back and address this overcharge.

I arrived to the hotel at 2:30pm and was asked if I called ahead to request early check in. Never heard of this before and I travel a lot. I explained I arrived earlier than expected. I was told it would cost me an extra $35 to check in at that time despite my room being ready and that check in time was 4pm, no earlier. I was only paying $70 for the night and did not feel $35 was worth the extra 1.5 hours I would be there. The woman at the counter was quite curt. I explained I would just come back. She did tell me to come back at 3:15 pm and she would get me in. Really? 45 minutes? I’m a Hyatt member. I came back at 4pm with my service dog. I was checked in by another woman who was extremely rude and unfriendly. She snapped at me about having a dog and said it would be an additional $100 despite my dog having a service vest on. I explained it was my service dog to which she sighed and had me sign paperwork. I understand the paperwork as I always travel with my service dog. However she appeared very put out by me having a service dog. Aside from the very unprofessional staff at check in, my room was pleasant and large. The furniture was dirty though as was the area rug off the lobby. That rug was absolutely disgusting! The hotel does not currently offer room service because some how that spreads Covid more than a restaurant full of people. The restaurant had very little to offer therefore I did not eat on the property. There are many options for eating within a few miles of the hotel but very little close to the hotel. Parking is $12 a day which is very silly considering the location and the fact that it’s outdoor parking. Not sure I would stay at this location again due to the employee attitudes and treatment of guests.

hotel is under-staffed. No daily cleaning service in the rooms. 1 person alone serving breakfast, which meant long waiting times: this is uncompatible with business schedule. Buckets laying on the corridor of 5th floor to capture water dropping from the ceiling.

I just stay there last week and I did notice that situation. Their engineering department was working on it. Even they have hired some contractors that I saw on the ground. I really don’t know when the job will be completed. For me it was a side note, no big deal.
