I booked a night at this hotel online. During the process, the webpage reset itself to the current date. I called within ten seconds of the reservation going through and was not allowed to change to the correct date.
I enjoyed my stay here at the red roof inn in lithonia ga. Ms maxine at the front desk was the most hospitable lady i have ever met. She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. She even personally delivered towels to our room. I wish there were more people like ms…
I love this hotel every time I come I get treated with respect my company pays for the room but I still get excellent service. If you need anything go to Maxine at the front desk she is awesome.have a bless day

Our room was dirty and we had no towels.I had to go to front desk for towels. There was trash in the can from someone else and carpet had not vacuumed on left side of bed, in what looked like days. I was very disappointed.
