Trip Advisor only offers either 'average' or 'very good'. Here we'd go for 'good'. We only stayed 1 night, arriving late afternoon and leaving after breakfast the next day. John, who was mostly in evidence, and Dale were friendly and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and spacious and the breakfast one of the best offered while we were in... More

We have stayed in B & B's all across the USA and this would be the worst we have stayed at. We did not have WiFi the entire weekend. They did not give an option for breakfast times, they advised 9am but they were late. The breakfast were not what we have been accustomed to, we usually get a fantastic... More

On a hilltop with a great view of the highest Georgia mountains, this inn is immaculate, charming and comfortable. The innkeepers, John and his wife, Dale, were most welcoming and attentive to each guest. Each of the five guest rooms ( some with separate seating areas) were different with imaginative appointments. Our bed had a new and very comfortable mattress.... More

The accommodations were grand. The room was large and had everything you would need. The view of the mountains was gorgeous. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. You will be full and happy after eating this meal. The owners were delightful. They were friendly and had great stories to share. We will go back! I would highly recommend this place! Don't... More

If Internet was provided it was not working. The room appeared to be clean however beds were not re-made daily and only trash and towels were removed I don't think the rooms were dusted daily. In previous travels to numerous bed and breakfast sites, the service and food was substandard. Hospitality was also substandard. Not one we will re-visit or... More

This was our fourth visit to this charming place, and we will definitely be back. The rooms are lovely; the place is meticulously clean; the view is spectacular; and the breakfasts are superb. We recommend it to anyone wanting a restful getaway.

We were looking for a place close to all the great motorcycle riding in Sutches, Brevard, etc. Online booking was easy. The Inn is on a gorgeous hill overlooking the peaceful GA mountains. Check in was quick. Our room was huge with a gas fireplace and hottub. Bathroom was spacious. This room was downstairs but there are rooms on the... More

What a great place tucked away in hiawassee, Dale and John are the most welcoming host. Nearby to everything to do in north Georgia. My wife and I only had two days and wish it was more, north Carolina is but ten minutes away, wineries, hiking, so much to enjoy and as mentioned a beautiful b an b to stay... More

John and Dale welcome you to their lovely B & B in the mountains of Hiawassee, GA. Our room was very nice and comfy, and we enjoyed breakfast with other guests as well as chatting with the inn keepers. There are lovely views of the mountains from the room, or you can sit out on the deck or gazebo. On... More

I don't know where to begin with this place... John and Dale were exceptional from the last minute booking hat we did earlier this week. We knew that we wanted to do hiking all day so I put in my reservation comments that a picnic lunch would be nice. John called the next few hours and reviewed what he thought... More
