We had a scheduled trip to Unicoi and could not make it due to bad weather. Valentina was very helpful and did not charge us for the one day of our trip. This is an example of great customer service... Unicoi has 6 customers for life.

We recently spent a week at Unicoi Lodge and Campground and found the area and facilities to be very nice and well maintained. We had one of the double buddy sites and were able to easily fit an Aliner popup and 8-person tent. While there was plenty of room, I could see how space would be tight if trying to...

Went here to celebrate my parents 50th anniversary. The resort is older but not bad. It was by no means the Ritz but what it lacked in modern amenities it made up for in service. All of the staff we encountered were eager to please and beyond helpful.

We stayed in the Creek Smith lodge in the park on a long weekend getaway. It was a 2 bedroom lodge with one king size bed suite and a 2 double bedroom. There is a living room and a kitchen with dining table. The unit was not big but sufficient room for a family of 4 - 6. The room...

Room was comfortable and clean. Staff was friendly. The only issue we had was loud rude neighbors, I complained to the front desk, nothing was done. I am not normally an unreasonable person, but when the constant door slamming and children running up and down the hall, and loud partying parents last till 3 a.m. I would have liked to be...

Our second visit in two months. This time we booked a weekend stay in the lodge. King room with view of the mountains. Overall, very good experience, except for a rainy weekend. Very relaxing and Saturday evening dinner in the restaurant. The fresh trout was exceptional and the service friendly and attentive although they do need to address the austere...

Stayed here March 2017 for a family event and must say the accommodations were a bit lacking. We had a king bed that was nice and comfortable for a hotel bed. The shower had horrible blue (?) staining on the tub and the water stopper was just laying on the bottom, non functioning. I put the quality in line with...

My wife and I camped in the primitive camping area with another couple for a weekend, we loved the scenery and the campsites were well worth the price. The walk in campsites are perfect for families. The park provides bear proof food storage areas near the campsites and the restrooms/showers are heated and fairly clean. The parking area was about...

We camped at Big Brook in Unicoi. It was beautiful. Clean bathrooms, nice sites, and convenient. The buffet at the lodge was a little overpriced. It would be nice to have cable TV hookups at the sites.

We stayed for a weekend in one of the 2 bedroom barrel cabins. It was so lovely and quiet and we loved relaxing on the verandah overlooking the lake. Kitchen was fully stocked so one could self cater long term if they desired. Wifi is non existent (despite being charged a 'facilities fee' to cover such a thing. Probably not...
