Everything was all good except for the fact that you charge your customers for parking. Charging a traveler to park in the lot of the hotel that they are staying at is outrageous..When booking through a 3rd party you think the bill is finalized until you try to check in. No one like to be surprised like that. Please stop this practice.

The governor issued a mandatory evacuation order for Savannah, GA. Around 10:30pm Sunday, Sept 1st, I booked one of the last rooms available. When I arrived I was asked how many pets I had. I am an honest person so I said 5. I was told that the limit was two, which is not stated in the hotel summary, it merely says "Pet Friendly." I told them that the cats would remain in their cages for the duration of my stay. I said I was ordered to evacuate and surely policy restrictions under emergency circumstances can and should be waived. I was told in no uncertain terms that that was not the case. I of course asked to speak to the manager. The manager on duty on Sept 2, 2:30 pm told me no, policy was inflexible, regardless of the state of emergency. I was upset and I became insistent, a little louder than normal but not shouting or yelling or being abusive. The manager did not try to calm me down or be even remotely sympathetic; she was the personification of cold as ice and all she had to say to me was "don't speak to me like that." She was trying to be powerful, not provide in customer service. She told me it would be unfair to all the other guests. I think that a mandatory evacuation supercedes that concern. There's more to this but character limits prevent me posting it. See screen shots show pet policy is not correctly stated. What this hotel staff, management and ownership did was inhumane and immoral. I am a Platinum Wyndham Rewards Member (possibly not for much longer)

I stay here when I come to Atlanta and the staff is always exceptional. This time, we were here as a group for 10 days. Three of the guests in our party are from Argentina and had various extra requests and questions. I had an emergency come up and had to extend my stay by 3 days. The hotel was completely booked and staff went out of their way to watch for a cancellation and let me know so I would not have to switch hotels.

Beautiful hotel with great staff but our vehicle was broken into during the middle of the day. We were told this is common for this area of Atlanta since the criminals prey on those traveling. It’s a shame because the hotel and staff are as nice as you could ask for.
