I had to change rooms due to first one being dirty and damaged. Was moved to another room with also badly damaged headboard and other furniture. When I pointed this out to the maintenance manager I just got a shrug and 'every room in the hotel is like this' I replied at $300 a night really! We cancelled our return booking for 3 rooms 2 weeks later and stayed at the fabulous Candler hotel in Atlanta instead. Absolutely fantastic I must say Hilton customer service were fantastic about my direct feedback, they took it seriously and restored my faith in Hilton
My family stayed at this Hilton in between an international flight layover. We were exhausted and check in was smooth. We arrive around 9pm. There is a shuttle but from the domestic side of the airport, so we toom a taxi to the hotel. The customer service was friendly and welcoming. There are restaurants and starbucks inside the hotel as well as and near by, not really in walking distance because it is a busy street. Our baby kept calling housekeeping and the lady was very engaging. I felt so bad! There was an issue with no towels being in the room when we arrived BUT the housekeeping crew ensure it was resolved and even called to follow up. I got a sense that customer service was a top priority. We would definitely stay at this location again.
Called hotel after we landed at ATL on Friday night, at 10 pm, to inquire about restaurant and bar hours. Kitchen was closing at 10:30 bar at 11. Digitally checked in, requested digital key to avoid the registration line, and went straight to the bar for drinks and food. Manager ensured we were able to order food. Excellent hamburger. Staff and Service was great. Very comfortable room and nice shower. Next morning took shuttle back to ATL. It runs every half hour, so plan accordingly.
Traveling back to the UK and taking the cats with me, we decided to cut the journey in half by traveling earlier and taking a break in Atlanta before boarding the plane. In these strange times of poor service, I must congratulate Hilton and Hilton Hotels & Resorts Atlanta airport. Every staff member was helpful, smiling, courteous and it made our stay there one of the most pleasant stay we have had. They are clearly training a lot of new people so they have a staff issue like everyone else but that did not spoil the customer experience. Thank you.
My company received an invitation to present our products to a major Airline and the meeting was scheduled at the Hilton Atlanta Airport Hotel. The notice received to get our products to the Hotel was extremely short, and it was a fire drill as I was in Mexico at the time of the request. Enter Corey Snowberger, Director of Sales at the Hotel. Corey facilitated us delivering our products to the Hotel, and personally ensured that they were delivered directly to our CEO making the presentation. I cannot stress how professional, friendly, and calming Corey was - we were in good hands! Excellent Customer Service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND this Hotel. EXCEPTIONAL.
Friend changed rooms twice - room still bad: green slime on shower floor, dusty surface, wall paper falling off, dirty bins and headboard damage. Hilton Atlanta manager, Gloria Richardson, apologise Email to my friend, even referenced the wrong name. Just a bad bad experience with Hilton - very disappointed
We planned a business meeting with 25 attendees and a quick turnaround. We could not have been more pleased with the conference from before arrival to departure. Everything was just as we needed it. We enjoyed all meals on the property and they were all delicious!
This past week a group from my company spent 3 days at this hotel. They provided meeting rooms, meals and lots of good times at the bar. The service was exceptional, and Lynn Douglass was great to work with. Lynn, you are a gem and the staff at the hotel was amazing. The food was good, the staff was so attentive and everyone enjoyed their time together. Thanks for making our choice the right one for the second time this year. Jackie Carpenter
Arrived after a long flight to be greeted by wonderful reception staff. A trainee ( I wish I could remember her name) checked us in. She was a delight. The room was good. We enjoyed breakfast and then moved on using the airport shuttle service - another great member of the team looked after us. A lovely experience. You should be proud of your staff.
As a Hilton Diamond, I stay at many Hiltons worldwide. Over the years, I've been a regular at the Hilton Atlanta Airport. I appreciate the renovations that have been recently made and I'm glad that the bar and restaurant are fully opened. My room was spotless and clean. Please know that I truly enjoyed breakfast and was very impressed this morning with the exceptional service from Miranda. She was very pleasant and totally customer centric. She's an asset to the Hilton brand.
