The Pleasanton Courtyard is a dream come true! It is beautiful, impeccably clean, super safe, extremely comfortable and relaxing! We have nothing but great things to say about this bed and breakfast. Claude and Ingrid went above and beyond to meet dietary needs and help us with our reservation. The on-site amenities were so numerous we did not get the opportunity to use them all. The pool offered an enjoyable way to decompress upon arrival, and the music played during our appointed time to use the indoor hot tub was soothing. We looked forward to the daily breakfasts which were exceptional. This stay rejuvenated us after a very stressful summer. We have already made recommendations to our friends!

We feel blessed that we found Ingrid, Claude and their immaculate Bed and Breakfast (not far off of I -75 & I-285 just southwest of Atlanta) as we made our way from Michigan to Florida. Fayetteville was the ideal area to stop to break up our drive, but we didn’t want a standard hotel or motel, we felt a small owner occupied place would be safer and cleaner during these crazy COVID times. And thankfully, we got so lucky!! 24 hours ago we didn't know this place existed and now it feels like HOME. Owners, Ingrid and Claude were AMAZING! They could NOT have been more hospitable, professional, or thoughtful. The 4 rooms and all common areas were beautiful, impeccably clean and well appointed. The grounds are meticulously manicured by Claude, which is impressive considering it is almost 20 acres! They called restaurants for us to make sure we could still get served though we were arriving after 8 pm. The restaurant they recommended was a huge hit with us, too! Honestly, nothing could have been any better and we so appreciate how Ingrid and Claude opened their home and hearts to us! We will be back!!

Thank you for booking with us for your layover on your trip to Florida. We are indeed less than 3 miles from the I-85, just on left turn on to Sandy Creek. We hope you will stay again as your travels bring you in our direction.

I am pretty stingy with my five-star ratings, but I have no hesitancy in giving Pleasanton Courtyard an excellent rating. It is situated on a beautiful property with a fishing pond and a pool. The suite was great, with comfortable beds, a nice bath, and very good amenities. There is a fitness center, sauna, hot tub, a media room with a large screen TV and recliners, and two other sitting areas. The breakfast comprising a bowl of berries with a whipped topping followed by an omelette was superb. Ingrid and Claude were very accommodating hosts. Guests are given their own codes for the suite and front-door locks. I don't know of anything that was lacking or that could have been done better. This was own first time here, but it won't be our last.

Let me start off by saying what great hosts Ingrid and Claude were during out entire trip. We visited Pleasanton courtyard for our 10 year anniversary which unfortunately occurred during a pandemic. Thanks to the variety of amenities, great attention to detail and cleanliness of the house and room, we were able to enjoy our time with limited concerns. All of our needs were accommodated and it was especially nice to see how creative the breakfast options were. Not only was the breakfast catered to our dietary needs, it was chef inspired, delicious and filling. Needless to say we felt right at "home" and will be visiting again in the near future!!!

Every single time (I have stayed 3 times) I fully relax. This is what I affectionately call my 2nd home now. Ingrid and Claude go above and beyond to ensure that you relax and can take full advantage of their facility. From the amazing breakfast catered to your needs to the cleanliness to the overall atmosphere you are guaranteed an amazing, relaxing stay. If you are hesitating, don't. They even have amazing options for local restaurants for dinner. Make it your business to visit and enjoy!

Pleasanton Courtyard was an extremely relaxing oasis for a not so pleasant trip to Fayetteville for a family memorial. Claude and Ingrid went above and beyond to provide excellent service by ensuring the accommodations were comfortable and all of our needs were met. Not only were they committed to excellence, but they engaged us in many wonderful conversations.
The suite included everything a five star hotel would provide including an incredibly comfortable bed, high quality linens, ample towels, a spacious bathroom and closet, and a fireplace. There was even a yoga mat that was included which was an amenity I greatly appreciated! Additionally, water, snacks, and homemade cookies were also provided.
Although we were unable to squeeze in time to enjoy the saltwater pool, sauna, hot tub, exercise room, or movie room, we did enjoy a walk around their spacious grounds, pond and beautiful country retreat. The wraparound porch that overlooked their highly manicured landscaping was extremely inviting.
Breakfast included gourmet selections, such as a goat cheese/mushroom omelette, homemade scones and muffins, a flavorful quiche and French pressed coffee and juices. For a day we needed to leave early, a delicious yogurt/fruit parfait was prepared for us to enjoy on the bistro table in our room while preparing for the day. All selections were carefully presented after reviewing our dietary restrictions and preferences. Beverages and additional snacks were available 24 hours a day to enjoy in two spacious sitting areas.
Claude recommended a few dining options in the immediate area which we appreciated and were able to enjoy.
If your plans have you in the Fayetteville area, my husband and I would HIGHLY recommend this relaxing retreat staffed by two incredibly friendly and hospitable hosts.

My husband and I spent 2 nights at this lovely establishment. Upon arrival I was greeted by Ingrid (you'll recognize her by the high cheekbones and wonderful disposition) who got us checked in quickly. We received a tour of the well-kept grounds by Claude as well as a brief room guide. The room (we stayed in the Palo Alto suite) was large (but cozy) and charming. The claw tub sitting under skylights was so romantic and the large step-in shower has excellent water pressure.
The fireplace kept us warm as we slept in the comfy and roomy bed. The chaise and chandelier in the sitting area add just the right amount of class to the space. The bay window allows beautiful natural light and makes for a wonderful space to enjoy the morning.
Breakfast was delicious. Everything I ate was tasty. You can tell that a great deal of consideration goes into the meal choices as well as the quality of the ingredients. As a matter of fact the fresh, hot blueberry scone on the second morning was better than any sconce I'd eaten in London.
This is honestly a place where you can come, relax, and never leave the grounds if you want. The sauna, hot tub, theater, library, & wrap-around front porch with seating all beg you to sit back and unwind. We are already booked for a second visit. I can't wait to see what's on the breakfast menu!!! Book it and thank me later.

Wow! This place is amazing! This is like a BnB resort destination. The amenities, food, hospitality and location will blow you away. Why travel 2 hours to getaway from Atlanta when you can drive a short distance from downtown Atlanta and truly transport yourself? And if you are headed to Atlanta or Hartsfield Airport and need a great place to stay, this is your place! Theater room? Check! Sauna? Check! Hot tub? Check! Pool? Check! Luxury linens? Check! Amazing rooms? Check? Privacy? Check! Great food? Check! Warm hospitality? Check! Beautiful setting? Check!
And for a few extra dollars, upgrade to one of their top end rooms. You will think, you’ve died and gone to heaven!

Pleasanton Courtyard Bed & Breakfast was an elegant surprise for us as we stopped for a night on our way from Florida to North Carolina. Our only regret was that we didn't have more time to stay. The entire home and property is impeccably taken care of and every detail is considered for each guest. We were taken care of from the moment we arrived to the time we left. The dinner recommendation and reservations Ingrid made for us at The Beruit in Peachtree City was the icing on the cake! We will be sure to plan our trips so that we can stay several times again.

My girlfriend and I enjoyed our stay immensely. We felt welcomed from the very first interaction with Claude and Ingrid. The entire house was clean and spacious; you can tell that they took special care for cleanliness. We stayed for two nights and two mornings and the breakfast was superb both mornings. During our stay, we spent our day-times at the BnB as we never felt the need to leave and find things to do outside of it. Ingrid recommended a mobile masseuse, and we enjoyed the hot-tub and sauna all on property. They also included a special touch for a birthday that we were celebrating! We have already recommended them and will certainly make plans for another visit in the future.
