This is a lovely hotel and have been here since Feb. 19th. Just a couple of things though: the grounds are being partially renovated. It will not bother you unless you like to be by the pool during the day as they are working on a boundary wall. There has also been low water pressure for 2 days especially with...

The staff is nice, the breakfast was good and personalized, the room was very comfortable and clean, the only thing is that the hotel was a bit far from the beach and the center. And the castle hotel itself is beautiful!

This hotel is near the airport but not a problem.about a seven minute drive to the airport. A friendly staff bilingual Spanish and English . Close to downtown. Nice pool and restaurant, at the right price a good hotel

The service is excellent. Conversely, the infraestructure of the Junior Rooms is not: really small that you feel you're locked up, when it rains water comes into the room through the bottom of the entrance door, the interior was poorly designed and the finishing of tiles and the doors are in bad shape. I hope the suites are better. Advise:...

Horrifically overpriced. It looks nice, but there were so many details missing for a boutique hotel. The bed didn't fit the frame. The bathroom smelt of sewerage, the shower water was salty. The cocktail I ordered was from a bottle. The housekeeping only provided one towel. I asked for another at reception, had to remind them a number of times....

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in January. I don't even know from where to start describing what a bad deal it was... 1. Room: salty smelly water on shower and sink....imagine putting this in your mouth to brush your teeth everyday. Also, after reading many reviews of steal in San andres hotels, I decided to check our...

The workers are nice and they work hard to keep the property in order. The pool was clean and open 24/7. If you are like me and like to get what you paid for, consider the following: I paid extra for a "junior suite" and they gave me the worst room on the property. The room was extremely, I mean...

Its still a lovely hotel, for me is one of the best choices in San Andres. We were given the small cabana in the back of the garden (passing the pool), not quite the nicer room. Breakfast very good, pool very nice again, service good. For management , please look after the garden, plenty of grass between the bricks in...

An out of town hotel, near to the airport. A taxi ride to town cost 7,000 pesos which isn't too bad. No beach but does have a good sized pool. Our room was OK, nothing flashy, nothing particularly good or bad. The bed crinkled - there was some sort of plastic undersheet arrangement - but decent sized.TV/mini bar/ aircon./wifi, decent...

If you are looking for a romantic getaway this boutique hotel is your place. Beautiful and spacious rooms with sea view. Good location, very quiet, the town centre is 10 minute walk. I spent 3 nights in this hotel and loved every moment of it!
