Ugh! Just plain yuck! There was pubic hair in the ice bucket. The sheets were dirty. The floor was dirty. Everything was dirty. The only reason this place can stay open is because of the beautiful lake. I won't stay here again.

It's mid-summer and hot. We had issues with the air conditioning. The desk clerk went out of her way to offer new rooms, if needed. A maintenance man came to our room and did a temporary fix and the room was comfortable. The manager took care of us. We would stay here again.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place to stay with our family for our anniversary celebration. We have a pontoon which we were able to put in at the marina just across the water and then dock it at the lodge. We were given information on where to eat nearby also. The staff for most part were very nice, you always have that one though. Overall we had a great stay. Even asked for a later check out and it was granted with no problem.

Staff unfriendly. One lady I spoke to did not respond back. I wished her a Good morning as I got off the elevator. I received a blank stare back. Bathroom floor was dirty. Noisy and drunk people. Horrible. Dirty.

The room was adequate but nothing special. We wanted a couple of days to just enjoy a pool and relax. We arrived on Tuesday afternoon and the pool and surrounding area was so dirty. There were bottle caps , cigarette butts and food wrappers all around the pool. There was a lot of grass leaves and bird poop in the pool and on the furniture. We hoped it was just left over from earlier and would be cleaned the next day. We were at the pool until late Wednesday afternoon and no attempt was made to clean the area. So disappointed. Have stayed here before and recommend but not again. NASTY!
