This hotel location definitely needs some serious updating when it comes down to their bedrooms. The furniture are outdated with lots of ware and tear. However, I did like the King Size beds and the amount of space the bedroom had. As a Titanium Elite Member I was looking forward to their club lounge, but the front desk associates said that it was no longer open. They didn’t bother to explain why or if the club lounge would ever re-open. This hotel has misleading pictures of their bedrooms and giving the impression of the club lounge being open online. It’s great that they offer breakfast to Elite Members, but this is a benefit that should be added along with other benefits that they could offer with the closure of the club lounge. This being a “High End Hotel” definitely did not meet my expectations and I’m definitely disappointed overall. However, the staff of this hotel were welcoming and housekeeping were attentive. Although, I wouldn’t be staying at this hotel location again until it’s updated. …

The furniture was quite beat up a rough looking like some poured nail polish remover and ruined the finish. I could deal as I travel almost every week. The real frustration is they billed me for a night I didn’t stay and have been going back and forth for over a month trying to resolve. Terrible customer service in the billing department.

The suite was wonderful... spacious, spotless overall, bed was comoftable. Staff is beyond amazing! Every single one is friendly, gracious, and helpful. Always smiling. I must single out Tee and Bryan at the front desk for their assistance.

Went here for a birthday weekend, the hotel was close to everything and Perimeter Mall is literally across the street. We got a suite that was very spacious! The guy at the front desk was helpful. The only thing I didn't like was that the water didn't get hot and it was cold that particular weekend.

Had high hopes for this property. Did not meet my expectations. Hotel seemed old and a little rundown. Had to change rooms due to AC not working. Second room not much better. Furniture stained and looked old. Not enough towels in the bathroom. Would not stay here again.

This hotel did not meet my expectations. There was no room service. The lobby was loud. It was not conducive for business. The breakfast was out of food. If you order it takes too long. The room was like a garage sale pieced together. And it was dark and limited in plugs. Sorry. Cannot recommend

This was in my opinion one of the best hotels I stayed at during a recent road trip. The staff was outstanding from the front desk to the lobby bartender on Sunday night the 9th. Room was clean, quiet and relaxing. Bed was comfortable and the hotel had a modern and upscale vibe to it. Thanks for a wonderful hotel to enjoy on the last night of my road trip. Will stay here again without hesitation.

My check in was ok, and as Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite I got free breakfast buffet coupons. On my third day, I was able to try the breakfast buffet. I made it a point to not leave the privacy sign on the door before heading to breakfast slightly after 9 am. The buffet was not in the bar side of the hotels restaurant. The food layout would have been nice if the food was not low and dried out. The eggs were completely dry and I did not have time for fresh items to be put out. If everything was fresh, then it would have been nice. On my way out, I stopped at the front desk and specifically asked for my room to be cleaned and the bathroom restocked. I did not like the conditions of my room. It was dated. There were black Mark's on the entertainment unit, a huge mark on the very large floor mirror and some strange plaster like substance on the side of the toilet. I could feel this when I flushed. I was gone from my room all day. Although, I had no privacy sign on the door, I stopped at the front desk to ensure the room was cleaned and restocked. It was not. Both beds were made, but trash was not taken out, no wash clothes at all, no toiletries at all, the bathtub not cleaned and when I tried to take a shower the water was brown. When I spoke to a manager, I got an apology, told someone would bring up my washclothes and toiletries. I got hand towels not washclothes delivered instead and not the toiletries the way I asked. The person did come back with washclothes. For the cost of the room, I would have liked better service. The restaurant Longitude 84 was also horrible, had tons of mosquitoes, overpriced and did not offer room service. I got bitten three times, and had to make my order to go instead. I ordered a burger with a side salad to learn you solely get bitter leaves, no lettuce and no toppings on the salad. I did not know this until I returned to my room. I had to return the bitter side salad, which was not really a salad and wait 15 minutes to get french fries. The fries were extremely hot, but my burger was cool when I returned to my room. My checkout was ok, but not worth what I paid. I would have liked room service and less mosquitoes in an indoor hotel restaurant. …
