The new owners are doing an amazing job with this beautiful house. The bathroom was great: good water pressure and great lighting. The bed was super comfortable. I had to force myself to get up so I could enjoy the delicious, fresh breakfast. It was totally worth it. The Georgia Peach meal is a must have breakfast. The service was... More

We were in Dublin for a wedding and the Page House was a step back in Georgia history. The new owners are holding to the history of the house. Very comfortable beds, clean and comfortable baths and the breakfast is traditional southern. We had a wonderful weekend and hope to return soon.

Kudos to new owner, JoAnn Simms. The bed and breakfast has been transformed into a wonderfully run hotel that is warm, friendly, charming, filled with beautiful antiques. Monolito and JoAnn have done so much work on the old beauty, that the Page House is shining brightly. The rooms have been updated, the overgrown exterior is manicured, and the breakfast is... More

Beautiful bed and breakfast in quaint middle Georgia city. Very nice innkeeper, lovely rooms, great breakfast and all at a very reasonable price. Parking very good and off street. Location close to center city, easy for nice swank into town.

My wife and I were in five-day you for the Vidalia onion festival on Saturday and decided to stay close, so we thought we would give the Page house a try. The owners of the end were gracious, and they made us feel at home while serving us wonderful breakfast on Sunday. The Page house is full of history, and... More

This BnB is now top of our list! Mono & Joann are friendly innkeepers. The Inn is a majestic beauty outside and in. Our room was so pretty & the bed & "down" pillows were VERY comfortable! Nice bath with great lighting! All the bedrooms are decorated in antiques and very attractive, (we peeked)! JoAnn seated us to a lovely... More

Wow! We have stayed in a lot of inns, but never before stayed in a mansion. Beautiful inside and out. The innkeepers, Janice and Kelly, have obviously put a lot of care and heart into making this Inn what it is today -- elegant furnishings, comfortable beds, a delicious breakfast (enjoyed my first ever taste of grits), and a big... We stayed here overnight en route to Atlanta and were blown away by the grand appearance of the B&B - Dublin's own White House! The house has been beautifully restored by the owners who gave us a great southern welcome. Spotlessly clean and very well presented. We had the very comfortable Page Room on the ground floor. Good breakfast in... More

We stayed here for one night. Everything was wonderful from the moment we arrived. The home is beautiful --and was beautifully decorated for Christmas. It is absolutely lovely. The owners were both wonderful. Breakfast was great. We loved it there and would definitely go back.

This was our first stay in a B&B. The Page House is a beautifully preserved 1903 mansion, serving delicious breakfasts and overwhelming hospitality! A bargain compared to the chains. We will stay here again.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
In 1903, T.L. Griner began construction of an 11-room, 7,000 sq. ft. Classic Greek Revival home that was often described as one of the grandest homes south of Atlanta. It consisted of Tiffany-style stained-glass windows, the only private home in this area of the state with a ballroom, 12-foot ceilings, interior Ionic columns, and picture moldings sealed with silver then brushed with gold, and much more. In 1904, J.D. Smith, a local lawyer and businessman, purchased the residence for $11,000.00. He lived here with his family until selling it to Dr. J.M. Page in 1905. Dr. Page's family consisted of his wife, two daughters and four sons. He was a "horse and buggy" doctor, making his rounds through the countryside visiting the sick. The home remained in family use until 1965 when, over the years, it served as a church, residential property, funeral home, and corporate offices. As Page House approached its 95th birthday, the stately old landmark began a new life when Kelly and Janice Canady acquired the property in June of 1998. Dedicated preservationist and hands-on owners, the Canadys enhanced the beauty of the classic exterior and interior with an authentic restoration. Today, Innkeepers JoAnn Simms and Monolito Cruz welcome weary travelers with luxurious accommodations, exquisite breakfasts, and true Southern Hospitality.
