In 1903, T.L. Griner began construction of an 11-room, 7,000 sq. ft. Classic Greek Revival home that was often described as one of the grandest homes south of Atlanta. It consisted of Tiffany-style stained-glass windows, the only private home in this area of the state with a ballroom, 12-foot ceilings, interior Ionic columns, and picture moldings sealed with silver then brushed with gold, and much more. In 1904, J.D. Smith, a local lawyer and businessman, purchased the residence for $11,000.00. He lived here with his family until selling it to Dr. J.M. Page in 1905. Dr. Page's family consisted of his wife, two daughters and four sons. He was a "horse and buggy" doctor, making his rounds through the countryside visiting the sick. The home remained in family use until 1965 when, over the years, it served as a church, residential property, funeral home, and corporate offices. As Page House approached its 95th birthday, the stately old landmark began a new life when Kelly and Janice Canady acquired the property in June of 1998. Dedicated preservationist and hands-on owners, the Canadys enhanced the beauty of the classic exterior and interior with an authentic restoration. Today, Innkeepers JoAnn Simms and Monolito Cruz welcome weary travelers with luxurious accommodations, exquisite breakfasts, and true Southern Hospitality. Come home to the Gem of the Emerald City, Page House Bed & Breakfast.

Outstanding spot in a refurbished B&B in Dublin. Rooms were very special and the innkeepers were outstanding. Plus they prepared an absolutely amazing breakfast to order. Don’t miss this when traveling between Atlanta and Savannah.

The Inn keepers make you feel welcomed the moment you arrive at this historical destination. We chose to visit this amazing place again to give my Mother and Sister the opportunity to relax in luxury while taking a historical step back in time. They slept well and enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere in their room with a balcony. The rain prevented a planned outdoor breakfast. Can't control mother nature. We are so happy we chose to stay at Page House. My husband and I loved it the first time over 7 years ago. This visit exceeded our expectations. Great smells, immaculate and a warm, kind and very professional staff made our stay perfect. Thank you to everyone at Page House Bed and Breakfast from your Australian guests (plus 2 Americans from the South).

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights when we evacuated inland from Coastal Georgia during Dorian's visit. What a special place - gorgeous historic building, attractive rooms, and delicious food. We stayed on the first floor, with most of the other rooms and suites being upstairs. Our bed was comfortable and there was a large private bath with a great shower and plenty of space for one's stuff. Breakfasts were especially delicious and we even had dinner there one night - absolutely delicious! Contrary to what a previous post said, we found Dublin to be a delightful place to stay and explore. The downtown is being revitalized and is full of great shops and restaurants as well as historic buildings. Spent several hours on a self-guided walking tour of the area. We'll be back!

I booked this for my parents when they had to evacuate the coast for a hurricane. They said the hosts were extremely nice, hospitable and interesting to chat with. It is also extremely gorgeous B&B and they loved the building, however, there's not much to do in town or nearby but if you're passing through GA and need a comfortable, beautiful place to stay, this is it. Beats the chain hotels in the area any day and twice on Sunday!

This is a great bed an breakfast in the heart of central Georgia. It is near the downtown area, so it is away from I-16, but still accessible. They have several different suites available and they all appear to be well-appointed. There is no elevator, so most rooms are upstairs (although they do have one accessible room). Friendly staff and excellent breakfast with numerous choices on the menu. Reasonably priced--in fact it may be cheaper than staying at a local hotel if you check rates. The house reflects its historic nature and is nicely done.
