I've been visiting Paradise Valley for a few years now and I would say there's some good and some bad. I'll break it down: Pros: - Really great people live here! It was the initial draw for me. They're excellent, warm, and friendly. it's hard to not make friends here. -The grounds are beautiful with some great little walking trails. -There's tons to do with lots of different activities and social events all the time. Cons: - We're being priced out. Yeah, that's true and my biggest complaint. The cost of the annual membership alone has skyrocketed in the last several years. I get that they are making improvements, but it's pricing people out. It would be great if they focused on making money in other areas rather than the now astronomical annual membership. As I write this I'm a bit bummed out because I don't think my husband and I will be able to afford to come here anymore and we make about $80k a year, not rich, but we do ok. -Sometimes, the pool water gets a little... gross? I'm not sure how they would fix it other than frequently draining it. I think it's a mix of too many bodies, sunscreen, and whatever else. -Buffets frequently run out of food and even if you get there early if you aren't the first in line people will let their friends butt in. This was especially aggravating and I think the staff should do more to stop it or make sure there is enough for all. We were about 5th in line one night and with all of the butting in we ended up about 30-40th and everything was gone by the time we got up there. Please do something about this? It's such a small community that you don't want to say something and have people get upset with you, but it's also super.

First after a couple of visits and this last weekend with my girlfriend, I can honestly say this place has it all for adults, swimming pools hot tubs good friendly staff and I can see that the owner Jeff has put his heart and soul into this resort to make it the best for all its visitors and Members and residents that live there. Good food, good music and plenty of activities on the weekends. this is a clothes optional resort but if you are not ready to bare all you don't have too. It is a great way to get away and have some fun with some very nice people and that staff here is outstanding

The facilities, the food, and the friendliness of the staff were top notch. We enjoyed our stay and felt welcomed the whole visit. My wife as well enjoyed the togetherness of the community surrounding the club. I cannot say how the hotels and lodging was either on or off site, however, we stayed with friends and it was so quiet and peaceful it was just awesome. We will come back for sure!!!!!!!

It’s NOT ALL about being Naked…. All and all – the “naked truth” about Paradise Valley is about being friends with like-minded people of all ages and social economic status, enjoying the outdoors in a very unpretentious, relaxing setting away from work and greater Atlanta. With the structural amenities that have been built over the last 10 years and more coming online, you’d certainly be very hard pressed to find this resort and club pretty much anywhere. There is always plenty of free food and snacks to enjoy. Free “gifts away” of apparel, towels and jewelry have become common place as away of thanking loyal members for their patronage. Though I am well-travelled, I consider the Valley - MY home! For one my studio is here, my place to retire and two because most of my life-time friends are here. Those people that enjoy many of the same things -- I do; the sun, the water, dancing and great music talent from my peers. I may be albeit biased you see, as this Paradise has been keeping me tanned and young for over 20 years. I encourage you to visit Paradise Valley in Dawsonville, GA most anytime. I am pretty sure first-time guests are allowed no charge. You’d also be welcomed with smiles, hellos, hugs, and the most inviting people you absolutely would love to meet. “We are family”

The people are friendly, Every weekend there is something going on. There is plenty of food included with your admission so if you go hungry it is your own fault. There are giveaways on the Saturday nights and Sunday mornings for the ladies. There are other giveaways with events that go on. I have been going there for several years now and I keep returning. There are constant upgrades happening. I can't think of a better place to sit back, relax and enjoy the company of the people I meet there.
