The Inn is very charming and relaxing. The breakfast is amazing. Our room was decorated nicely and the bed was so very comfortable. This was a nice stop for us on our way to St. Augustine Florida. Will stay again.

Loved staying at this B&B, we had an unexpected change of plans and ended up staying in Darien for the weekend. The owners were very accommodating on such short notice. The house is beautiful, the owners are very nice, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. We were able to walk to downtown from the house and really enjoyed exploring the...

Open Gates B & B is 15 miles north of Brunswick, Ga and about 50 miles south of Savannah. The inn is owned and operated by the Zach and Carrie. Zach has to be the best cook in many miles around and his breakfasts are outstanding. He is also able to meet the needs of different diets. One morning he...

What a wonderful surprise to find this charming B & B in Darien, GA! Zach and Carrie are so accommodating and nice! The beds were very comfortable with great linens! Skipper's Fish House and Waterfront Wine Bar were within walking distance! And, oh, did I mention the gourmet breakfast crepes--delicious and beautifully presented!! We will definitely be back!!

We can't wait for you to come back! You and your friends were so much fun! It's hard to beat being able to walk to skippers and the wine bar. Both are amazing reasons to visit Darien, and we are striving, and hopefully proving to be one of the great reasons as well!! All the best see you soon!

Thank you so much! Darien is off the beaten path, but the great thing is that it's not too far off the beaten path. From exit 49 on I-95, we are just under two miles from the exit. Within minutes you can be sitting on our porch swing enjoying the quietness of Vernon square. We hope to see you again...

We felt right at home from the moment Zach met at the front door until he walked us out to our car upon departure, where we were introduced to Dale Potts - the chocolate lady across the street.
