Made a reservation here for a standard room. Asked the front desk if I could get an upgrade and only paid $3 for a suite. Very clean, spacious rooms. Huge shower with great pressure. New hotel that the front desk said had been there not quite two years. If I’m ever back this way from Disney, we’ll stop back by and enjoy another night.

We stayed one night here while on our way to Daytona Beach FL. We're told they only had suites available so we got one for $258 FOR 1 NIGHT, but it definitely wasn't a suite. I have stayed over 250 nights in the last 3 years at Holiday Inns all over the country for my job, so I know what a suite looks like and I have NEVER had this issue. The next day I was charged an additional $300!! According to my credit card company my card number was manually keyed in for the additional charge. I have contacted IHG and informed them of the issue. I contacted the hotel but conveniently the manager is never in. I ended up having to dispute the charge with my credit card company just to get it removed. This place will never get my business again and I will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.…

The room was spacious. The hotel was quiet. The beds were comfy. The shower was hot and strong. You can walk to Cracker Barrel, and the convention center is a short drive away. I would certainly stay again. My only complaint is that the bathroom lacks a fan. It gets very, very humid after four showers in a row.

We were tired from a long drive and needed to get passed Atlanta's high World Series prices, and just lucked upon this brand-new hotel. The people at the desk were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is only three months old and everything was beautiful. After a few "grab-and-go" hotel breakfasts at other hotels, this one was a wonderful assortment of truly delicious hot food overseen by nice people. Highly recommend! Will look for Holiday Inn Express in the future, based on this experience.

Stayed overnight as we made our way. Checked in late and was greeted with friendly service. Breakfast buffet (during COVID) was either grab-n-go or eat in your room. Rooms were clean and comfortable for our short stay.

I stayed here 24 nights in the last few months for work and it's been great, no problems, no worries, just good stay each time I was here, but the signs on the door needs to be rebranded. I posted this review before, but Trip Advisor blocked it because of material I posted in reference to the local ordinance 2020-0713, wearing a mask is not required by any law and as they say, it's "required by law", this is nothing but a fear tactic to get you to wear your mask if you feel you need to, then do, but do not be scared in to wearing a mask, you only need to adhere to the local ordinance because there is no law in reference to the signs they post all over the hotel. Not once did I wear one nor was asked too, some staff were observed to not having them on but no one was in the lobby, but was observed from upstairs elevator hallway. This is a good hotel and i will be back and all of my stays were for business, but IHG needs to either take these down or rebrand the notice referencing the local ordinances and quit telling people its "required by law". If it is, I want IHG to reference a statutory authority and quote it. This is nothing against the local hotel, this is aimed at IHG......the local hotel is just doing what they have been told by Corporate. Obviously there is no emails for corporate so you can't reach anyone to let them know so they hide behind their corporate image instead of engaging with its customers.…

We arrived at the hotel around 4 pm on Saturday May 2nd. Looked like we were the first to check in as parking lot was empty. The lobby area looked newly refurbished and was very nice. However the room that we stayed in was very dated and in need of a refurbishment. Bathroom was clean but really looked bad. Old fixtures, grouting was discolored or obvious gaps in the seams, air conditioner was very loud. Definitely not up to the standards that one would associate with Holiday Inn Express. Well kept property. I had room 106 which is handicapped accessible. Very easy to get around with well equipped bathroom (bars and walk in shower). The breakfast in the morning had a great variety of hot and cold choices. I would stay here again.

Great location right off I75 thats clean and friendly. Not the greatest hotel but worth the price. Nice breakfast and coffee. Easy check in and the rooms are really worth the stay with comfy beds and big showers.

The staff greeted us when we arrived and had our paperwork ready at checkin. The room was clean and well stocked. They did not have a complimentary breakfast, which seemed out of the norm for Holiday Inn. Also I had my mom with me. She has some physical limitations and is a lot shorter in her older years. She was unable to get into the bed without help because the beds sit so high. I asked at checkout if they had any rooms that we could request in the future where the beds are lower in the accessible rooms. She said all the beds are the same height, but she would submit the feedback. It is definitely a challenge for someone who is elderly and cannot sit on the edge of the bed easily to get their legs up into the bed.
