I'm usually not a complainer and this is actually my first review ever. This hotel was that bad. I'll start with requesting a smoke free room. My room reeks of cigarette smoke, and to top it off there appears to be holes from cigarette burns in the comforters I received. As well as hair on top of my sheets. Whatever...

I have nothing good to say about this place or the staff. Here are my list of No thank yous! First the lady in the front she seems to treat everyone like she's better than them! Secondly paying over $200 for a room that has nothing in it such as tables chairs towel racks even garbage cans. I asked for...

I don't know where to start. Keep driving or sleep in your car. I was traveling with my 6 year old and thought I'd grab a few hours sleep before driving another 8 hours home. Upon checking in I was told they have 2 adult channels that are free which should've been my hint to leave. Next she asked how...

This motel was absolutely the worst we have ever stayed in. The room was supposed to be a non-smoking room and it reeked so badly with smoke we almost left. The bathtub was so nasty that we decided to even forego taking a shower and opted for the sink. The faucet on the sink was so loose it pulled right...

This was the second time I stayed at the Guest Inn in Dalton and it is even better now than a couple years back. The front desk clerk was very helpful and informative. The Inn is so large, you can ask for a quiet room - and get one. Upon entering the room, I was pleased to find the heat...

Wow I am very impressed I have stayed at some terrible motels across the country and this by far was the worst. Forget about the roaches I've never seen a hotel that did not have pillowcases on the pillows I've never stayed in a hotel where the sheets were torn and littered with stains. For the first time ever this...

At first glance, this place looks improved. Since our last stay here (2004), there is ‘some’ improvement. We checked in on the evening of the 14th of August, 2014 into Room 148. Within two hours, you were notified of a refrigerator not working. You said you would attend to it. You haven’t. On the morning of the 15th, you were...

It is good for a cheap quick sleep, but you get what you pay for. Lots of room for improvement, but rather they keep the prices down. Have stayed here before and probably will again unless they gt some other motels in town that are reasonably priced.

If I could get a penny for every roach in the room, my stay would have been free. Bugs everywhere. Clerk looked to be a reject from Squidbillies. No ice machine, but pretty sure there was "ice" being used.
