Some reviews of this hotel had us worried about the quality. The quality was very good, everything worked, breakfast was good, but with all that goodness there were two spoilers. I doubt that many know that at this hotel you are only permitted 1 bath towel per guest. Never had this problem at any other hotels. Sometimes you need one towel for your hair and another for your body, especially if you have long hair. The other issue was the very loud and noisy HVAC system. It worked very well. Cooled the room very quickly. But every time the fan unit started we could no longer hear the TV. I don't know if this is the norm for this Best Western but if it is they were shafted by their HVAC company. One star taken away for their towel policy and one star taken away for the noisy HVAC system.

The positive note is the proximity to the airport. A good solution for a night between one stopover and another. They asked us for a deposit of $100 to be returned to us within a week if they found everything in order. The structure is dated. The bed was comfortable though
The property offers a shuttle service to and from the airport. At arrivals, at night we waited for the shuttle in the rain and in the cold (3 degrees) for more than an hour. We called them repeatedly and they responded by telling us that they didn't even know where the shuttle had arrived, which in theory was supposed to be on its way to pick us up.
It was really terrible.

I’ve stayed at many Best Western hotels. BW continues to be in my top list of choice hotels when I travel because their prices are reasonable and their facilities tend to be “comfortable.” There’s no “luxury” experience here, pretty much all the bells & whistles of a mid-grade hotel. This location was convenient to I-285, there’s a McDonald’s across the street, minutes away from the airport. The room was clean and spacious. There wasn’t a lot of noise or door slams. The front desk staff was kind and courteous. Free grab and go breakfast that consisted of a fruit cup, granola bar, coffee cake and an apple. Coffeemaker provided w/coffee in room. Rooms were clean, WiFi free & reliable.

My flight was cancelled so Delta gave me the option of staying here for the night. I had to wait over an hour for the shuttle to pick me and other guests up from the airport. I was told that they ran every 30 min but that was not the case that night. The information I received from Delta stated that there would be a free breakfast in the morning. (There was not.) I wish that was the worst thing though. It is dirty, the furniture is worn and used, there are multiple stains on the carpets, and the wallpaper is peeling away from some of the walls. As I was about to lie down, I felt a large wet spot in the middle of the bed. The comforter as well as the sheets underneath were wet. It was storming that night and I'm thinking there was a leak in the ceiling - at least I hope that was where the wet spot came from. The photos I took were from the room I was in after I told the from desk about the wet spot on the bed. I will be calling Delta Airlines to suggest they do not offer this hotel to travelers who's flights have been cancelled.

Worst hotel experience ever! Though I had specifically chosen this hotel because they had advertised as 'breakfast included' none was available.
I was advised on check-in about no breakfast - as it was too late, I had no choice. I was told that the room had a coffee maker. It was an inferior coffee maker with very weak coffee. The shop downstairs had nothing of substance.
I could see from the fire diagram that I was given the smallest and worst room in the building. It was beside the lift and over the front door. Not conducive to sleep for someone coming off a long-haul flight who had requested a quiet room
I had some tea with me so next morning I asked for hot water...I was directed down a corridor to a small poky room labelled 'gym'!! It had a hot water dispenser.

I left as soon as possible. The room? Dark and dank. Dark brown, airless and poky.

I came to the hotel because I read that it had day rooms, and we had a long layover at ATL. Ultimately we wanted to take a $100+ 2.5 hour nap after flying for 24 hours. The front desk staff was credibly rude from the second we walked in. Told us that breakfast was closed at 9:10 even though it was clearly still open. We were told to come to the desk at 10am for the only available room, but then it took an extraordinarily long period of time to check us in (15 mjn) since only one of the two people at the front desk appeared to be working. I asked about the shuttle to the airport and was told that it came every 30 minutes on the half hour only to find out while leaving that that was not true — you had to order it ahead of time — so ended up ordering a last minute Lyft under much distress in order to avoid missing the flight. Bottom line is that I recommend saving your money. The hassle was not worth the nap.

A great deal because of it’s location to the airport and local transportation.

The “And more”, well the and more are for the staff. One in particular is Kaylin Rebecca who made my checking simple and fast. I had been traveling for several hours and had to be up early the next morning for a meeting and work, thanks to Miss Kaylin knowledge of the local area, I was able to make a few quick stops, and make it to my meeting ahead of time.

There are many hotels in that area but, for a “CLEAN ROOM” great staff including the shuttle drivers, at a great price there is no better choice.

Arrived at the hotel at midnight with a pile of other guests after a missed flight. Hotel was overbooked. Staff made us all comfortable in the lobby & took care of us in turn. Made sure that everyone knew they would be able to get a room, offered us food and drink, and completely de-escalated a room full of weary travelers who were worried that they would have no place to sleep. Staff worked quickly, efficiently, and politely with us all despite the late hour. Room was clean and comfortable. The next morning, as we awaited the shuttle, the morning staff spoke with us kindly and delivered takeaway breakfast to us in the lobby without us having asked. Overall the staff made us feel extraordinarily welcome and made a challenging air travel day a whole lot better. Thank you for your hospitality!!

My experience with this particular Best Western was not great at all. 1. the area the hotel is located in is a lil sketchy. 2. Parking is horrible. 3. Room was not the cleanest. But, my biggest issue was the fact that after my reservation was booked, the hotel, whether accidentally or on purpose, changed my room rate. Instead of the hotel manager just doing the right thing and changing the room rate back to the original price, I ended up having to open a ticket with the customer relations department. After going back and forth for nearly a week with the customer relations department and after contacting the customer retentions director through the executive line of the corporate office, the hotel "finally" decides to respond to the customer relation's inquiry and issued a refund for the overage. This is definitely a sign of poor management as well as the lack of true customer service skills.

soooooo let's just say the pictures on the web did not look like this...I had a layover in Atlanta and needed some rest so I booked this reservation thinking I was going to get some sleep.....which was difficult with the construction going on. The lobby was closed off with plastic and there were construction vehicles in the lot.

Now I will say the front desk staff (and maybe a manager) were super nice and friendly. I asked for a room away from noise so she did what she could. The bed was comfortable. That's all I got.

If I weren't so sleepy I probably would have just went somewhere else.

oh yeah and they place has the nerve to charge not only a "city" fee but a "resort" fee..... I'm not kidding a resort fee for what? And I specifically looked for a hotel with free parking and ended up paying $5.00...so a total of $50 extra in fees

Make sure you check out the pool full of concrete....I'm definitely disappointed...at the very least they should let people know prior top that the place is being remodeled
