we went to a murder mystery night at maryculter house and had a great time. I thought it was going to go badly wrong when we arrived and there was no sign of our room reservation but no problem they had a room for us , in fact the turret room which was really nice. next our names weren't on...

Arrived at this hotel on a business trip. For Aberdeen area the cost was reasonable. My room was not ready so the girl on reception upgraded me to a room on the ground floor with patio doors overlooking the river. Attended our nephews wedding on Saturday and stayed overnight. An initial enquiry for early entry to our rooms for a 1pm wedding was initially met with ' cannot be guaranteed' as there was something on the night before.caused some concern. Despite being advertised as pet friendly on several booking sites,they do not accomodate dogs, so beware. Check before you book. Cannot comment on quality or service as unable to book as not pet friendly.
