We had a bad upstairs neighbor and heard pacing and noises in the middle of the night. Very annoying! Choosing 2nd floor will resolve this but you'll have to carry your bags up the stairs as there are no elevators.

This is a First Best Western with NO Breakfast. But Room was Clean, and Front Lobby, and Store's were Friendly. Easy Parking. Only few mile from Bryce Canyon. I will go back around summer time. Winter Time was too cold.

We stayed in this hotel in December 2016 and were in one of the cabins off the main location therefore the review is based on those rooms only. The first thing that strikes you when you open the door was the smell from the room, it was awful! We needed an additional cot (bed) and were charged $25 for an...

Hotel was great and in a good location - we stayed in the main building which was convenient. The rooms are clean and comfortable - bed included. They did not include breakfast - but we just went to the store which a lot of the campers use - for coffee & breakfast items. There was a microfridge in the room...

Note it was winter....we stayed in the Columbine lodge, one of the many add on buildings there, so maybe this doesn't apply to all rooms. But it was noisy....the doors have to slammed shut so you hear your neighbors come and go, the tv sounds comes thru the walls. The room was totally average, serviceable, simple. When the heater runs...

We had very comfortable stay at the Ruby's Inn for 3 nights. Beds were very comfortable and bathrooms were very clean. I didn't hear any noise. The location is excellent. Brian Head is about 1 hr 15 minutes from the hotel. We visited Bryce Canyon NP on second day, and hiked at the Kodachrome State Park and went to the...

I stayed at Ruby's Inn because the park was closed due to snow. The price with senior discount was about the same as an inexpensive motel. The room was great with wonderful views. The restaurant was good, but because of the off season there was no buffet. I would make the trip again in off season just for the quality...

We loved Ruby's. They have done a wonderful job of updating and remodeling. We had a family suite and it was huge compared to other places we have stayed. The staff was wonderful and food was great. We were there for quilt retreat, but, will be going back with hubby,

Came into Bryce Canyon at dusk for some wonderful pictures of the canyon and sunset. The Bryce Canyon Lodge looked pretty dead so we drove back to Ruby's Inn and got a king room for really cheap. The room was large and clean. A pretty normal motel room. The restaurant is average. Large gift shop and nice little grocery.
