I recently stayed here for 1 night (wish it was for longer!) during a 2 week long National Park bus tour. Ruby's Inn is a lovely place! The room was very spacious, clean, quiet and comfortable. We ate both breakfast and dinner at Cowboy's Buffet & Steak Room right on the property and it was probably one of the best... More

This hotel definitely is not like other Best Western Plus hotels where I have stayed. It is an expensive budget hotel that feels like a tourist trap. First of all, it is like staying at a truck stop. Blacktop surrounds the many buildings and there are so many tour busses. Secondly, we never ate there since you would have to... More

I have to admit I didn't know what type of room I was going to get considering it was close to a national park. But I was quite satisfied with the room we were given. Showed up early afternoon and was immediately given a room. Our room was in the Main Lodge which was better than the rooms at some... More

Ideal location for Bryce Canyon National Park visits; on-site restaurant and laundromat were helpful to us; general store has practically everything you might have forgotten; auto service directly across the street; room clean and bed very comfortable

Ruby's has the best location to have good access to Bryce National Park. It has expanded over the years and has become more commercialized. But you can't beat their location. The room was just OK. Nothing special. We could hear the people walking around in the room above us, so the construction does not provide noise proofing. The dining room... More

While I must admit the location is convenient, this hotel and its surrounding "attractions" are about as touristy and cheesy as it gets. The room was clean, large enough, and the bed was comfortable. It was the ambiance that was lacking. The place is more suited to being an amusement park than to being a gateway to the magnificent Bryce... More

What a lovely, lively place this is - and with fascinating history too. Actually it is more like a town, and only a few minutes from the entrance to Bryce Canyon. In fact, there is a one-mile walk from across the road directly to the Canyon rim. Our room was in Antelope block, and was a spacious, clean, and very... More

Clean, spacious accommodation, but very commercialised. Extremely busy with coach parties, so service slow in restaurant. Massive gift shop. Convenient, but lacks character. Nice picnic area. Art gallery is worth a look. Nothing is cheap here.

Great location for Bryce Canyon NP. They have a huge and unique gift shop. You also can buy your hiking stuff inside. Very informative and responsive crew. Had nothing to complain about. Little bit pricey, but once again is about location.

Ruby's is certainly unique! Although there are two hotels in Bryce Ruby's was a good choice. Very welcoming and informative staff. Good size room easily accessible from the car park. The general store had just about everything you could want ranging from souvenirs to microwave meals. We opted to go to the Bar G Wrangler show rather then eating in... More
