The one thing you won't forget as you enter this hotel is to wear your mask 1 There must be five signs between the door and the checkin in counter !They are clearly serious about spreading Covid this way! Hope you don't like creamer with your cup of coffee in the morning ! Not a single container of ANY type of creamer available ! Plenty of sugar and artificial sweeteners ! Not ONE Damn creamer ! The desk manager says there are no individual creamers just large bottles of creamer in a fridge that can only be accessed by employees ! Oh , and just Hazelnut and French Vanilla. Not one bottle of the most popular creamer people use in their coffee! So wear your damn mask but let's have everyone share the same bottles of creamer ! Don't you just hate stupidity ! I can literally throw a rock from the hotel to the Sam's Club location ! How much management skills does it take to send someone to Sam's Club to buy some damn creamer ! While I'm at it :. The air conditioner in our room sounded like a freight train when it came on, the deadbolt on the door did not work, the hall corridors were hot as hell the flush mechanism was messed up on the toilet and the room did not smell very pleasant ! In the history of my travels this is the worst review I have ever posted and I assure it is well deserved !…
As far as Comfort Inns go, this one is fine. Rooms were clean, well decorated, fairly spacious and nice. Breakfast was pretty good, with a decent variety of hot and cold choices. The front desk staff was pretty nice. Aside from the fact that it's quite removed from the UGA campus, its site on the Atlanta highway is a problem. Surrounded by gun stores and a Goodwill, it's not exactly charming. Even worse, it's almost impossible to take a left turn out of the parking lot, which you need to do to get to the perimeter highway. I resorted to taking a right and then an immediate right into a bank parking lot, then a left so I could turn at a stoplight. Alternatively, you can go way out of your way back and around the mall. It's enough of a drawback that I wouldn't stay here again. Also the workout room is not very good. All in all, not bad but not good enough.…
What a terrific breakfast and the service from Becky Dewberry was over the top. What a great personal touch and what a great personality....The hotel rooms was clean and ready for our stay. There was extra cleaning going on due to the flu virus problems. The front desk for very cordial and helpful.
We have always enjoyed Comfort Inns and have stayed at many. We were here on a slow night. At 6:00 they were out of cookies- I was told to check for them tomorrow morning. Our bathroom had sloppy looking repairs on the walls and under the sink. Even if the place is clean, my impression is that it is not. There were only 2 average towels. The pillows are very small and not very supportive. Sometimes there is a thick one and a thin one. Breakfast had a nice variety but unfortunately most of it was hard: the pastries, scrambled eggs, sausage and biscuits. The sausage gravy was nice and hot. As I expected, those promised cookies were not there.
I walked in at 625am on January 3,2020 the lady at the desk was so nice off the gate it was the best hotel I have ever walked into and I'm from Fayetteville N.C. but hands down this was the cleanest hotel ever and it smelled so good but out of everything the lady at the front desk was so nice, pilot and she worked with me in every way possible I had been searching for a hotel room for 2hours and I could not find one that one take cash or a picture of my id off my cell phone and she did just that and all though I had to pay a deposit for using cash it was well worth it because as long as your room is clean and everything is how it is supposed to be you will receive your deposit back in full all in all I love this place and will return
