This visit was a celebration trip for my Mother’s birthday and Mother and Daddy’s 53rd wedding anniversary. It’s our first experience staying at a Bed and Breakfast. Cheri got us settled in our Grande Room. I had ordered a “mini” strawberry cake for my parents special day. It, along with three roses and a card, were waiting for us upon arrival. (The cake was from the Sweet Shop and it was mouthwatering!) The team stored the leftovers of the cake overnight. We took the leftover cake with us to enjoy again at our next stop. I think we enjoyed the rocking chairs and singing birds on the porch as good as the room itself. Jon and Mark brought our in-room (Covid requirements) delicious breakfast to our porch coffee table and checked to be sure we had everything we needed to enjoy the morning on the porch. They all made us feel welcomed in their house. We could see the see the train from our porch, but unfortunately, it wasn’t running (stupid Covid 19.) Southern Charm restaurant was just behind us (and was delicious too!) Suggestion: Bring some bubble bath for the claw foot tub in this Grande Room. I bought aromatherapy bath salt from Hucks General Store to relax with. It was a wonderful stay and we thank you.

We were having some reno work done at our house and needed to escape for few days. After looking at overpriced mountain cabins in the area, this Inn was just the ticket for us at half the $$. The house is circa 1890's converted to a B&B several years ago. A very unique place in a perfect location right in downtown old Blue Ridge with a great staff and wonderful breakfast. Highly recommended.

This was our first bed and breakfast experience. It was a perfect night away. It was so inviting the moment we stepped through the front doors. (It even smelled inviting) We were upgraded to a larger room (Sports room to the Rose room). We were the only two in the house for the evening. (It was off season.) Jon took us around the house and showed us all the rooms available and talked a little history behind the house. The house is also within walking distance from town which is filled with restaurants and stores and is super cute. Breakfast was perfect. Thank you Jon for everything this morning! We hope to make it back soon. We so enjoyed our stay.

Great place to stay. My wife and I take a trip each year for a little time away before the Christmas break. We decided to travel to Blue Ridge. We enjoy staying at a Bed and Breakfast and the Blue Ridge Inn did not disappoint. The staff was great, the breakfast was awesome (muffins) and the fellowship with the fellow suitemates made it feel like home. We stayed in the Marilyn Monroe Suite and was greeted with my favorite Red Velvet Cake from the Sweet Shop located in downtown Blue Ridge. Thank you Gene. A walk out of the back door place you into downtown Blue Ridge where you can shop, grab some great food or jump on the Scenic Train. If you need directions to anywhere, the staff will make it simple. We look forward to another stay at the Inn. Great mini-vacation spot. Kerry and Nicole, December 19-23. Tallahassee, FL
