A little slow pace but a beautiful course in great shape. The front nine of crooked cat is pretty easy but the back nine more challenging. Panther lake is longer and challenging. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The practice facility is really nice but they charge $12 for balls

Just an all around great practice facility with driving range, chipping/short game practice, a short practice course of excellent quality and interest, excellent championship level full golf courses and multiple teaching options for individual and group lessons. All in all an excellent destination for golfers of all skill levels.

Took my dad here as part of the end of a week long 70th birthday golf trip. We played the crooked cat and stayed in the lodge. Thought it would just be easier then traveling to a hotel. First off everyone that works at the course and lodge were very nice to us. They really wanted us to have a...

Panther Lake is definitely the better of the courses at OCN. Crooked Cat is in great shape but Panther Lake is more visually appealing and suits my game a little better. Both courses are well maintained and challenging. If you're not familiar with the course, you can easily get lost as the cart path layout can leave you scratching your...

tough golf course but well maintained, lots of practice areas. terrible accommodations. 8 of us went. one room had no remote for tv, another was missing a drawer in the chest, another was missing a shower curtain. there is no maid service unless you are staying 3-4 days or so. there was more mold and lint in the shower's vent...

I played the Crooked Cat course and was delightfully impressed. The value was awesome! $49 plus lunch this week. Young but maturing course that had nice, recently renovated greens and generous landing areas. Service at lunch was a bit slow, so I'm glad we got there well in advance. Practice area a short shuttle ride away- supposed to pay for...

Played Panther Lake Course. Very nice course in good condition. Greens were very good. Played on a windy day so it was a tough day to score well. Enjoyed their massive practice range! Met Skyler up front when I was done. Very nice person-took care of my clubs perfectly cleaned and ready to go. When you are there or any...

My wife and I played Crooked Cat because it has more generous landing areas than Panther Lake. We enjoyed the golf and will return next year to play Panther Lake. This is also the home of The PGA Merchandise Demo Day. Play from the appropriate tees to enjoy your day more.

We visited Thursday 12 November. I rang up the day before and spoke to a member of staff, she failed to tell me it we cart path only on Panther Lake Course. We arrived on a very hot day to find this out. As a consequence our round lasted 4.75 hrs and we waited to play virtually every shot. Given the...

Played both courses recently-Crooked Cat on 11/2/15 which was great then returned on 11/6/15 to play Panther. Booked both at same time thru O.C Nat'l website. When checking in on 11/6 there was a sign in pro shop that Panther was CART PATH ONLY. Asked why no prior notice person in pro shop stated * It's been posted all week*...
