Hotel's Favorite
The Waterpark and restaurant are 2 things that we keep going back for; the units are well appointed, and the staff is awesome! We've been choosing to stay here for years and the kids love it. It is close to everything you need and also to many things you might want to do.

This place was awesome. Condos are comfy, and homely. Great bang for buck here! Main Pools were a little chilly, but the rest were awesome. Room service was quick. The lake, and the amenities are awesome. The full kitchens and grills in common areas are great. Thank you so much for a great stay! We would love to come back!

This hotel was excellent. They have recently renovated so the room we stayed in had granite countertops, a huge jacuzzi tub, a walk in shower, modern furniture, and all the comforts and necessities of home (the fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, and in-unit washer/dryer combo were so helpful). The staff was very polite and helpful. The amenities were incredible! Our 4-year-old son loved all of the pools designed with young kids in mind, the sand beach and fire pit, playground, mini golf course, and water park area. We also enjoyed the restaurant on site, the food was very good and convenient. There were so many other amenities that we didn’t have time to explore, but you could never be bored here. They also have amenities for older kids and teens, too: basketball, volleyball, bike rentals, etc. The fact that most of the pools are heated was also a huge plus because the weather when we stayed was in the low 70s, so the heated pool made up for the cooler air temperature. Overall I’d definitely recommend and we look forward to coming back!! …

I'll admit I was a little worried seeing the 3.5 star rating overall on TripAdvisor, but i tried to focus on the more recent ones, which were pretty positive. I went with my husband for a little birthday getaway. We went to the water park, and we enjoyed ourselves as adults with no kids. We booked through a third party and we had a 2 bedroom apartment, which we didn't really need two bedrooms lol but it was nice. They are a little dated but not a big deal. There were only a few negatives. They pushed A LOT for us to attend that meeting where they try to sell you a timeshare. Only when we checked in, but the guy didn't want to take no for an answer lol. Our apartment was clean but there were a few bugs. Mosquitos and little gnats. We kept finding more, having no idea how they kept getting inside. We were on the first floor, in building 1200 which has a lot of vegetation behind the building so I'm sure that was the cause of it. We didn't keep the door open at all and would close it immediately whenever we left. Perhaps they were getting in another way somehow? Not sure. Either way, it's Florida. It isn't underheard of to see some mosquitos so it wasn't that big of a deal. They hovered towards the ceiling so we didn't get bit. other than that we had a great time. we will be back! …

Our first time at LikiTiki and we thought it was a really nice resort. We think it would be better for families with kids but we enjoyed our time anyway. Staff was very helpful in resolving any issues for us and everyone was friendly and nice.. Great accommodations and we enjoyed walking the grounds every day. We liked the location-close enough to shopping and restaurants but without all the traffic of the theme parks. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I was very happy with this facility. I cannot say enough about the friendliness of the staff and the quality of the facilities. The only part I was unhappy about was my ability to enjoy a good cigar due to uncomfortable accomodations for smokin. I do however understand that I am most likely in the minority in this scenarion so I can't complain too much.

Beware if you by accident leave something in the room, you will not see it again. I left my expensive favorite earrings in the room, and called when I realized I had done so. I reported it and called everyday. The only ones in the room after we left were the cleaning people. They stopped returning my calls. Got an email today saying they have not been found. I had a friend leave an I pad at a hotel, she not only got it back, but they even mailed it to her I know it's my fault for not checking the room again, but they have to know someone found them and didn't turn them in.

We stayed in a newly renovated unit. It was lovely. The resort staff are wonderful. With the 3 pools and all the other activities, the resort has a warm, welcoming feel to it. It is well managed and located close enough to all Disney activities.
