We have a spacious and well-designed park with lots equipped with 50 amp service. We are only 50 miles away from Orlando home to both Walt Disney World & Universal Studios. We are only 70 miles from Tampa, FL home to many sports teams and many great restaurants and museums. Our pets are often members of our family. At Wildwood RV Village we recognize that our guest's pets are of the utmost importance. We don't just tolerate the family pet we celebrate them. We have a variety of Truck Stops & Traditional Gas Stations ready to serve you. Right nearby is an RV service center and RV car wash. We have a variety of restaurants to serve you as well within walking distance from the Park. We also have a large traditional grocery store right nearby.

On our way to New Orleans we camped here two nights. Office staff great. Warm welcome and efficient check in. Pool fabulous. Bingo if you like is well run. GROUNDS have dog poop not cleaned by dog owners. Perhaps someone can monitor the grounds since we cleaned 4 piles of dog poop from our site

We asked for a pull through and they put us in the old section. No shade, scruffy grass, ant hills, very narrow site. Trash and cigarette butts all over. The WiFi and cable work well. The dog park is a decent size and shaded but lots of sand. There are a lot of long term old trailers many in need of repair. The staff is nice and they do pick up the trash you set by your site. The pool and laundry are clean. The laundry only has 4 functional washers and no laundry carts. Someone filled all the washers and never came to get it the whole time I was there. We don’t plan on returning.

We arrived from Canada January 22, 2023, Staff very friendly and the site was grassed and level . Park was very clean and garbage picked up daily. Jennifer the manager was very friendly and helpful. We stayed until mid February and then headed to Georgia. Before we left we were informed that the park had been sold to a huge corporation from Texas, We were happy to learn that Jennifer was staying on as the campground manager, we were also told that a second pool was going in, that contstruction was starting in March 2023. So we booked a site for January 2024 across from the supose to be new pool! I called today Sept 7th 2023 to confirm our booking for January and it was then that I learned that the new pool never happened and that Jennifer had been replaced by a new Manager! We also started reading all the bad reviews! What happened to this park? was so nice and clean had a great friendly manager and now it appears the park did a nose dive! We are rethinking seriously about returning!

Lots of derelict travel trailers and motor homes. Not well kept. Put us in (supposedly a premium site) it was in a field next to road construction and the sewer connection was 30 feet away from our site. This is December and we made reservations in September. Not run well at all. Tried to say we could have another site but it was just as bad. Also Pit Bulls we’re allowed to roam the park and not on a leash.

We stayed in this campground 2 times while we were in Florida during the month of February. The first time we were placed up front in a pull through. We were only staying two nights. We were beside to the Pilot station and it was very loud. If noise bothers you -you should ask to be in the back of the campground. On our way out of Florida we stayed three nights and did have a campsite in the back of the campground. It was a nice long pull through. It was grassy and therefore somewhat messy from the morning dew and rains. There are no trees except on the perimeter of the ground. The campground does have a nice pool but we did not use it. It has laundry facilities that we did not use either. It is conveniently located to restaurants and gas stations. We have friends in the Villages and it was located conveniently to their home. We would stay there again for short visits.

What a disaster of a campground. We knew we were in trouble when we pulled in and it was right beside and behind a major truck stop. The staff was very nice, so they are 5 star. The campground is nothing more than a parking lot for campers. Tight spots, hilly sites, uneven and nothing but mostly dirt sites. We took a peek at the pool after check in since it was in same building and that was disgusting. Hair and debris floating with a oil slick appearance on the water. After that we drove in the car and left the Motorhome at the front to drive to the site to look at it. Nope, nope and no way we are staying here. There were broken down looking campers with mold and clutter in their sites. Looks like people live here. We were supposed to stay for 7 nights. We decided to leave and make other plans. My husband said he would rather stay the night in a truck stop then stay there. We luckily found a campground a couple of miles away that accommodated us for a night so we could make other plans. The website does not resemble the actual campground appearance.

We left because the park became very trashy, nothing to do, there's a pool, just hope it's open, our former neighbors are employees and one had trash all over their lot. An now I understand that neighbor who had the nastiest lot in park is now manager! I'm so glad we got out when we did! Cause the other neighbor who works there is not trashy and should have been appointed manager! Best of luck!

We stayed at this park for 2 nights in the front pull thru area. Sites are not level. it's like they threw some dirt/stone in the middle of the grass and called it a RV site. The Pilot gas station had truck/diesel noise 24/7was annoying. Hearing air brakes at 2am is more than annoying. We did not look at the entire park. Possibly it was better in the back of the part. On a positive note, the staff was very nice. We will not be staying here again.

I've been here for a little bit now. Started off as a decent park. Now my rates are being jacked up like $200 dollars. Barely any warning. Not to mention the change of management recently. Now that I know who is the new manager, we no longer want to stay here and have already began packing things up. We're done. Theres another girl that works there. I think her name is Jillian. We thought it was her but when we put the name and face together, we were more then shocked! To see such a great person, deserving person, getting screwed over, really made us sad. To top all that off, there are absolutely no amenities. Nothing for children to do except roam the park. Fun right? In fact, I just found out that another tenant living here is leaving because they are literally, "bored."

I wish I knew Trip Advisor rated RV parks before we booked this. Now we understand why you pay in full at booking and no refunds. We would have pulled out of the park after we saw the conditions. If you like dirt and the sound of 18 wheeler's idling all night long....this place is for you! They are trying to make upgrade but have a long way to go! Too expensive for single night stay. This is a monthly rental park.
