We had a wonderful stay at the Bonaventure resort. We were traveling with several families and the rooms were perfect! The king rooms were extremely spacious. We had several room with king rooms connected to double rooms and we had plenty of space. The rooms were well appointed and clean. The staff at the resort was also very accommodating and really appreciate Sheena, the Director of the resort, who made our stay outstanding. Also really appreciate Mitch’s hospitality at the restaurant. Overall an exceptional stay.

My family finally had the time to go on a mini vacation. I have 3 kids and We stayed in this hotel for four nights. We were greeted by friendly staff, easy checked in, our room was cleaned and spacious. the rooms were only serviced after the third day to reduce the amount of staff in the room for COVID. We felt save all the time. I really recommend this hotel for families.

Stayed here with a group of 14 friends. Wonderful stay, from check in with Alexandra who couldn't have made the process smoother, to getting that personal touch and attention to detail from the Director of Property Operations (thank you Sheena!) Mitch was a great bartender at Bistro Zen who had great rapport with our dinner table. Lovely property, great pool, Building 9 was clean and quiet. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is terrible it has very poor customer service. We booked a standard King room my husband and I were given a room with two full beds. We spoke to Sergio who said he's the manager he told us they had king suites available for $75 more per night. We had already paid for our room. He was very rude. We explained how uncomfortable this made us and he made no attempt to try to resolve the issue. Don't book this hotel they will purposely put you in a 2 bed room. When we arrived to the room the beds were outdated the room looked very old, the curtains were dirty. Never again will I book a stay here.
