People were so friendly and accommodating. Room was nice, clean and quiet. We will be staying here quite a bit as I go through evaluation testing for liver transplant. If you call resort and directly book they have special Cleveland Hospital rates.
While I visited during a time of renovations, therefore, many things could be improved from the room perspective. I appreciate that my initial review of the hotel was followed by a courtesy email and several courtesies thereafter.
Staying at the Comfort Suite was excellent. CLEAN,QUIET, SO CLOSE TO THE HOSPITAL! Everyone was polite, considerate and helpful. I highly recommend staying here. It was a special plus that the staff was also compassionate during a difficult time for us Thank you to all the staff!
As you know, it is hard to tell whether a hotel is as nice as the pictures online. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Yes there is construction going on in the lobby but there was plenty of room for breakfast guests with hot and cold items. What we enjoyed was the location. Beautiful landscaping, hotel located in a strip mall with several restaurants, restaurants within several blocks of the hotel, easy access to the interstate, and pleasant staff. Unfortunately we could only stay two nights but would definitely book a stay here again if we returned. The room was clean and the overall impression was the hotel was being well maintained.
Had stayed here before and everything was great. This time it was terrible. The hotel was under renovation when I booked in May of last year wasn't mentioned when I booked. The breakfast was terrible and the front desk had a do not care attitude. Needless to say we won't be staying here again.
The room, breakfast, and location of hotel were all decent (even with construction going on), but the pool was disappointing - inconvenient location and not heated. Definitely didn't look like the pictures.
What a bad choice. If only I knew it, it nearly cost my relationship. Hotel is under renovation Cleaning far from good. Bathroom tub full of body grease. Carpets stained. Dirty sofa. Thankfully it was a one night stay. Difficult to believe on Trip Advisors rating for Weston hotels
Beyond the worst customer service ever!!! They are not there to keep the customers happy. I checked in on a friday night was unaware that there was major rennovations occuring. I spent not even three hours in my room and there was a roach in my room. I went downstairs didn't even make a scene and I was refunded my money that I paid. Mind you I paid only for one night although I reserved for two nights. I have not yet to receive my refund. Every time I call I am given a different story and the run around. One person said the refund was issued and another said the refund was not issued. Nobody would let me speak with upper management. Finally I spoke with a lady named Tammy whom was very nasty and unpolite. She told me because I left an empty bottle of wine in the room I am being charged for the whole night. I couldnt believe what I was hearing. SMH. Lady did you not hear that I didn't even get to spend the night because your hotel has roaches. I was so upset because she was harsh and rude. I said just keep my money! Never again horrible experience all together. Very bad customer service!…
Perfectly clean, all the standard amenities, comfortable beds, very quiet for sleeping. We will definitely stay there again when we are in that area. The hotel was under renovation in Dec 2021, so there was noise during the day but, of course, that will be gone when the work is done.
Great location to hospital and a fantastic restaurant (Flanigan's). Everything is wonderful except the beds. I stayed in two different rooms on two different nights and the beds are not the plush beds. Just a bit too hard for me.
