This motel is a gem. It is a very, very reasonable motel considering it is on the ocean. My room had two double beds, new bathroom, kitchen (full size refrigerator, microwave and stove), dishes, pots, pans and silverware. It was quiet, too. Nice pool as well. Since there is not an elevator and I was on the second floor, hauling my post-cruise luggage upstairs was a chore. There is plenty of room to relax outside towards the ocean. They have chairs and umbrellas set up for use on the sand. Very peaceful. There are not a lot of options to eat or shop but if you have a car, it should be no problem. They have a very small breakfast offering of cereal, toast, yogurt, bananas.
I would definitely stay at this motel again.

Super clean room, comfortable bed, and peaceful. We got the upgraded room with the ocean view so we could hear the waves at night and wake up to the sunrise.
Beach area is also quiet and not crowded.
No elevator so if you purchase the ocean view be prepared to carry your luggage up the steps.
Parking is free but the spaces are tight, larger vehicles might be problematic
Slept in so missed the breakfast.

This two story hotel has great rooms, a few directly overlooking the beach. In this sense it is clean and comfortable. But, beside outdoor lounging, it has really no public areas to speak of. But, it does have direct access to the beach. Although it is not as close due to a large area of protected coastline. Still, there are free, clean and comfortable chaise lounges right on the beach with individual umbrellas. Although their complementary "continental" breakfast is well presented. It has a limited amount of alternatives.

It has a very dedicated staff that make sure that what is has is very well cared for, As it is in a residential area, there are only a few places to eat nearby. For someone looking for a short getaway, we found it ideal. But, I believe in season it might be a challenge to keep things calm and quiet. But, I know that the management is dedicated to this and their very clear rules.

I hope that over the next year there will be continued improvements after a rough time in these last 18 months of the pandemic. We were impressed with the staff and the family environment they create.

Thank you so much for your review at the Prestige Hotel. I am especially delighted that you enjoyed the warm welcome, accommodation, and beach. The hotel has direct access to the beach. The beach is large and wide. The “walk” from the pool deck to the complementary beach chairs and umbrellas takes exactly 1 minute. The hotel has many common areas. The pool deck with garden has ocean views with tables, Adirondack chairs, lounge chairs, ping pong table, grills, and lounge chaises. The pool, the outdoor café area, and the lobby are common areas that guest enjoy. The complementary breakfast offers many healthy choices like bananas, oranges, oatmeal, honey, croissants, cereals, coffee, tea, etc. Thanks for choosing us as your vacation getaway. We look forward to welcome you back. Regards.

Location: located near one of the best beaches in vero and close to restaurants and shops. 5/5 on location

Amenities: I feel the booking photos did not match the actual amenities on site. The pool is not on the beach side of the hotel but is instead in the parking lot. The pool doesn’t have an awesome view of the beach like pictures would make it to believe. Instead the pool is wedged between two buildings and is fenced in with a privacy screen so you can’t really see in or out. Picture a motel 6 style pool and that’s what you have here.. at the time of our stay 10/2020 the ice machine and breakfast were also not Available “due to covid” even though the booking info said both were included... 0/5

Rooms: we booked a single bed room with out a kitchen. The room was by far the smallest hotel room I’ve ever seen. It felt as if an office or closet was converted into another room. The room had a wet mold smell and the air conditioning wasn’t cooling this small space enough. The bathtub was leaking from the faucet and the tub itself had a big gap at the faucet. I wouldn’t have been happy with this room if it were at a motel 6, let alone at the price we paid at an “offseason” rate.. Room 0/5. Follow up: I went down to reception to discuss the issues I had. Staff quickly accommodated us to another room. If you are still interested in booking this hotel after this review i highly recommend booking one of the two queen rooms with a kitchen. These rooms are night and day different from the janitors closet of a room we originally had. The room was spacious and clean. Perfect for a couple or small family. Room#2 4/5

Overall, at the price point of this hotel I wouldn’t stay here again. The larger rooms were nice but the motel quality amenities don’t match the price you are paying to stay here.

Thank you so much for your review at the Prestige Hotel. I was surprised to learn of the inconveniences experienced. The faucets & Ice machine are fine, and the AC is working well. All the bathrooms were completely renovated. It was really hot and ACs are running at full capacity (our ACs BTUs surpass recommended calculations for room size). You booked the cheapest smallest room on the hotel, because the rate for ocean location is great. There are thousands of pics of our hotel (including aerial views) on several websites posted by us and by guest, and you still think the pics are not reliable? Moreover, the room number you recommended does not exist. The hotel gets hundreds of reviews in several websites and we would like to receive moderate size and constructive reviews. We are working to reopen the lobby, and provide limited breakfast, subject to approval by the Florida Health Department. All the information is under FAQ in our website. Thanks for choosing us as your vacation getaway. Best regards. Manager.

This is an older converted motel. They do have nice amenities. A pool. Chairs overlooking the ocean. Beach chairs and umbrellas. Decent buffet for breakfast in the kitchen. I would rate this average (3 stars) but lowered the rating to 2 because the room was disinfected with bleach at such a level that it was uncomfortable. I went to the store and bought some baking soda. Put it out throughout the room. Then we opened the front door and back window to allow some air through. This caused the floors to be covered in moisture from humidity. Breathing bleach in is not healthy and without opening the door, I could have never slept in the room from the excessive bleach. I get sanitizing for Covid but we have been to multiple hotels during the last year and have not encountered one that used this in such excess. Would not return. I did call the front desk and they replied they were doing it for sanitation. So if this is something that bothers you - skip this resort. They do offer a great beach location, a pool and decent price for families.

Thank you so much for your review at the Prestige Hotel. The hotel is like new after a $3 million-dollar renovation. The continental breakfast, chairs and umbrellas, parking, and High-speed internet are complementary. The cleaning products used are standard in the hospitality industry and the measure is the one required by the space. The tiles are not covered in moisture from humidity (is not that simple to predict the direction of humidity inside a room with an AC on, and an open door or window). The hotel does not approve that you poured another product on the floor without our authorization, as we don’t know the chemical reactions or damage this can cause. Please don’t do that again. Please allow me to explain to concern guest that the rooms are safe for occupancy. Thanks for choosing us as your vacation getaway. We look forward to welcome you back. Regards. Manager

I was looking for weekend getaway with friends and I wanted to book a "hotel" specifically that was near the beach. I picked this place because of the pictures and the reviews. However, when I showed up I was completely thrown off because this place is not a HOTEL it was an actual "Inn" to be more specific. I saw Inn's and Motels for a lot less then the going rate they are asking for... I picked this place and spent more money specifically because I was led to believe this was an actual hotel based off of the pictures and name which it wasn't! I did like that it was on a private beach away from tourist which was nice! It had a kitchen for us, a full size fridge, electric full size stove, showers looked nice, and we had 24 access to basic supplies like towels, soaps, toilet paper, paper towels, and ect for our room. The front desk people were nice and helpful from my own personal experience. The continental breakfast was no frills. They don't even serve eggs, waffles, or bacon like most continental breakfasts places do. However, their is a breakfast join walking distance for the Inn, 3 restaurants, and a pizza join which is convenient.

Thank you so much for your review at the Prestige Hotel. There is so much information about the hotel, with thousands of reviews, hundreds of pictures, in dozens of websites that the HOTEL was surprise by your comments. The “neighborhood hotel” takes the whole hotel concept and makes it Horizontal and interconnected with the neighborhood. The concept is successful, guest enjoy it, and there are substantial savings for the guest because our hotel has carefully chosen complementary amenities and not an endless list of amenities that you have to pay for, even if you don’t use them. Thus, to enjoy our coastal neighborhood, the hotel offers amenities like complementary continental breakfast, chairs & umbrellas on the beach, Parking, WIFI, & Kitchens. The neighborhood offers excellent restaurants across the street. But if you don’t like the concept, feel free to go pay $1,000 plus per night, and all the extra fees like resort fee, wifi fee, parking fee plus tip, overpriced restaurants, plus the 40 tennis courts, the spa, and the other amenities that only a few guests use (but all have to pay) at another Hotel. We look forward to welcome you back. Regards.

This hotel was amazing. We had a 4 day weekend here without the kids & it was perfect. The king suite overlooking the ocean was just as described. Spacious, clean & the kitchenette was an added bonus. The view from our balcony on the 2nd floor was spectacular. The pool was clean & comfortable. The grounds were well kept. The beach was pristine. The location was perfect, we drove to Cocoa Beach in about an hour to watch the Space-X shuttle launch. Drove to Ft. Pierce in under an hour to eat and walk the jetty. We saw loggerhead sea turtles laying eggs on the beach on our moonlit walks. The use of beach towels helped us pack light. We missed out on breakfast amenities because of Covid-19 but the relaxing atmosphere made up for it. We would definitely visit again!

Last time we were here we had a full ocean view from our room, with a few smaller disappointments. This time, no FULL ocean view, just a "distant one". Yes the room located over the parking lot on the second floor had a view of the ocean but barely visible. My daughter decided to stay with us, but we only had one bed and the hotel had no options to bring another bed in. So we opted to move to a lesser room, -smaller, no view and on the 1st floor- that did have two beds. We were charged premium price for the 1st room, but received no discount for moving to a lesser one. The staff here are very nice, friendly and willing to help. I had an overnight package sent from home to the hotel, they were very accommodating for that. I believe this hotel has been completely remodeled recently. The two rooms we had looked great, very nice tiled showers. Breakfast here is really nothing great, we went out to breakfast at a restaurant all 3 mornings. The walk to the beach is a mere 500 feet or so, very nice. I doubt one can find a place this close to the ocean for the price charged here.

We recently spent two nights at the Prestige and were very pleased with our room, although it wasn't oceanfront--none were available. :-( Our room was impeccably clean and furnished with everything necessary for a short or long stay. Most importantly and deserving of many compliments was Lexus, the young lady who checked us in, provided loads of helpful information and ensured our stay was wonderful. Great asset! Also, Greg, the gentleman who maintained the property, ensured beach chairs and umbrellas were set up promptly and worked very hard keeping the grounds clean. Great job! We plan on staying at the Prestige again but for a longer period of time. Thank you! C&T Apple

What this motel lacks in accommodations, it makes up for in location. You really can’t ask for better beach access. We enjoyed the beach chairs & umbrellas set up daily on the beach and spent hours playing in the surf. However, it is worth noting that the pictures featured online are primarily of the views & ocean front rooms. We were unable to book an ocean front room (they were sold out) and so were in one of the basic parking lot view rooms. I didn’t realize upon booking that this is a motel with rooms opening to the outside & not a true hotel. The room itself was of basic motel 6 type caliber. Minimal insulation between rooms & the street (we could hear every car & conversation outside and every footstep above us). Slightly muggy rooms due to insufficient ventilation (no fan) in the bathroom, and an A/C unit that struggled to keep the room cool enough to sleep at night. There was also black mold in the bathroom around the window and ceiling-most likely due to the lack of adequate ventilation. The whole unit needs a coat of paint inside and out. The kitchenette needs a thorough cleaning as well. When we arrived, there were crumbs inside the silverware drawer & the drawer below the oven had streaks of an unknown substance on it. In addition, we booked this motel expecting access to fishing rods as advertised, but the front desk had no idea what we were talking about when we inquired where to check them out. Not sure if this is due to Covid, or just a service they no longer offer. We really wouldn’t recommend this property for anything other than the location, but if you’re not planning on spending anytime in the room, it may work for you. I’ve also noticed that management responds defensively to every “negative” review saying that there have been lots of happy customers (who have taken flattering photos of the views), so I’m attaching photos of our room (room 10) so that guests can be informed. Had I seen photos like the ones I took, I would not have booked this place.

Thank you so much for your review at the Prestige Hotel. Hotel would like to receive constructive and short reviews. The $3 million-dollar renovation of the Hotel finished in December 2019. The room floors have Italian tiles (no carpets) and the bathrooms are luxurious with Italian tiles, custom-made furniture, and spa toiletries. The fully equip kitchens have large refrigerators and new ranges. The rooms have flat panel TVs, oil paintings, beautiful furniture, new mattresses, and Complementary High-Speed internet that allows streaming. The oceanfront studios are luxurious with incredible oceanfront views. The Studios are well ventilated since the Hotel has open corridors with doors and windows that open to the fresh ocean breeze. The ACs have more capacity than require, with plenty of spare ACs on site. There are thousands of pictures in many websites including ours, most pictures are posted by guest, and the hotel pictures are accurate with plenty of room pictures. As you know the Prestige hotel is about carefully selected amenities and NOT about an endless list of amenities that you will have to pay for even if you don’t use them, like other big hotel’s 40 tennis courts and the hair salon. This horizontal concept to hospitality is very successful since it allows substantial value for guests. Please, allow me the opportunity to inform guest that the new lounge beach chaises are arriving in August. The hotel bought very expensive and high-quality new beach lounge chaises. Previously, Hotel conducted a research on the chaises of other very expensive $1,000 a night, branded hotels, and some, still use the plastic strap type, (the one that marks your back). The hotel is also distancing the lounge chaises and umbrellas to provide unrestricted frontal view of the beach, and privacy to each guest group. Our large beach allows for this new luxury set up. This is a great addition to our carefully selected amenities. The hotel has complementary continental breakfast. Thanks for choosing us as your vacation getaway. We look forward to welcome you back. Regards. Manager
