Absolutely loved this hotel. Staff on reception were always friendly, helpful and efficient. The hotel design is luxurious and sophisticated. Our bedroom overlooked the ocean with amazing sunrises and sunsets and was tastefully decorated. The bathroom had to be the best designed of any hotel we have stayed in and had an amazing walk in shower. Bathe bedroom and bathroom were exceptionally clean as was the rest of the hotel. The outdoor pool and spa area was so relaxing especially being able to walk out straight onto the beach for an early morning ealk. The staff around the pool area and behind the bar were again very friendly. Included in the resort fee is valet parking but you can park your carp if you do wish. The hotel is situated amongst shops and restaurants and the area of a vero a beach very peaceful and safe. This was our first time to this area as we have always favoured the west coast of Florida but we fell in love with Vero Beach and especially Costa d'Esta.. we can't wait to go back.

Stayed here for 4 nights in May in an ocean front room in the north tower (414) which was nice since we could hear the ocean. We initially got a room in the south tower which had a corner view of the motel next door, which doesn’t look very charming to say the least so we asked to be moved. Also I recommend you stay in the north tower since all service is on that side and you don’t have to cross the pool area in order to get to front desk, restaurant, etc. North side also has a partial pool view for ocean facing rooms which the south one does not have. Overall hotel looks nicely set up, food and drinks are good, position to beach and other places in the neighborhood is good, bed is comfy, there is fridge in the room, shower is great (roomy and good pressure/temperature), beach yoga at 7am in the morning (tue/thu/sat). There are a few things that could be done better though: 1. They told us cleaning is done every 3rd day, but technically its after the 3rd night! They should clean more often than that because we got lots of sand in our room. 2. Some of the wooden trims and panels in the room look tired and need to be replaced. 3. Some of the front desk staff is not very friendly to customers. They need training. 4. We asked to check out at 12 instead of 11 but only got 11:30 at front desk which was disappointing given the amount of money we spent on the stay and on-site food and drinks. Never had this issue with other high end hotels. 5. Lots of the Costa branded white towels they put out by the pool got ugly stains on them! 6. Balcony ground surface was all peeling. 7. A screen door for balcony should be installed to keep the bugs out. 8. Hot tub looked rather green, maybe needs a good scrubbing? Hotel should consider having their armbands embedded with a room key and food/drink tab system to keep things easier for everybody. So overall a pleasant stay with a few things that could be improved upon! Thanks Costa for a fun weekend!

This high-quality hotel was really great from start to finish. The customer service was wonderful at the spa, the front desk and on the grounds. We loved being right on the beach and being able to easily run back to the room if we needed anything. The beach and ocean is fantastic there! We will definitely be back and will bring our kids next time since they like to play in the ocean. The waves were quite intense most of the time we were there but I’m sure that’s just the time of year. My only issue was with the condition of the room. All of the surfaces were very worn which made me question the amount that we were charged for the room. The bathroom was great but the room just needed a lot of little touchups to clean it up and make it worth the higher price tag and also consistent with the rest of the quality of the building and grounds.
