This was the CLEANEST hotel I think we have ever stayed in. We travel a lot!! I was worried when I couldn't find a vacancy in a fancy high rise hotel near Venice. We settled on this one. THANK GOD we did!! This place is a gem just footsteps from the water. The staff is so nice and helpful. There's always someone close by to help you if you need anything. It felt like a mom and pop owned type of place. There's always drinks and treats in the front lobby that you can grab if you're on the go. Get beach chairs and an umbrella at the front desk when you check in and keep them until you check out. We used ours every day at one of the close by beaches. Everything was easy and close by...you can walk or drive to go shopping, see beaches, eat and get rentals. We had 3 adults so we got the 2 bed/2 bath with living area. Like a really nice, updated, spacious condo. We stayed 3 nights and wish we would have stayed 2 more. If we visit the Nokomis/Venice area again, we will definitely book here. It was perfect for our needs and very well priced. Please don't forget to tip this amazing staff when you leave your room.

Fantastic little resort! Small and intimate, which is what we wanted for our 25th anniversary. Plenty of parking. The room was clean and had plenty of storage for our things. The Inn provided us with free use of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, and sharks tooth diggers, so we didn't have to bring any of that. The room had bottled water and microwave popcorn waiting for us. The only thing separating the Inn from the beach was a 2 lane road and a small parking lot. The continental breakfast was carb-heavy, but there are snacks and water available all day for guests. We will be back in September!

This is our second time staying here and it is just perfect. Clean comfortable rooms, nice breakfast with good choices of food and a friendly staff. The Venice Beach is across the street and they supply chairs and umbrellas to take with you. Little snacks and coffee are available all day. Their pool is very tropical and also has a hot tub. Easy walk to downtown Venice to all the little shops and restaurants. We will be back again, we love it!

My dear hubs and I stayed at the Inn at the Beach and were absolutely delighted with the hotel, our room and the location. We were guests in a Standard King Room from 4/29/2022 to 5/1/2022. We were just steps from the main entrance of Venice Beach and were within walking distance of the historic downtown Venice main street area. The Inn provides beach towels, and also beach chairs and beach umbrellas on a first come/first served situation. The pool area is relaxing and also has a hot tub. The staff was very friendly and helpful--Dee at the front desk was especially nice and just made my day when she said they had beach chairs/umbrellas to lend. The continental breakfast was a nice touch. We will be sure to recommend this hotel to our family and friends!

We had a wonderful two-night stay and plan to visit again in 2023! We were a family of four with two children and stayed in a deluxe double and it worked out well. The room was immaculate, comfortable beds and super friendly/helpful staff especially Steve in the evening shift. Lot's of charm and character. Being right across the street from the ocean and a few blocks from the historic district with shops and restaurants was the best of both worlds. The breakfast at the Inn was great for a continental. The pastries were delicious and there were several other options as well (Fruit, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, juice, yogurt, coffee, etc.). They provide beach chairs and umbrella for the beach. You will be glad you booked the Inn at the Beach for your next trip to Venice. Tip: some of the rooms have kitchenettes and others just have a fridge so depending on your needs it is worth asking/reading the room descriptions

We have stayed here for the past several years & have always come away with accolades for the facility, the staff the accommodations & the location. The rooms are immaculately clean (and I am a fanatic!) and well appointed. The grounds are impeccable & the proximity to the beach is so convenient. The complimentary continental breakfast is a nice way to start the day. Water & coffee is available in the office all day. The staff is very accommodating & strives to make your stay stress free. It is a bit pricey but as they say “you get what you pay for!” Venice Beach is a sweet little town with cute shops & restaurants walking distance (approx 1 mile) from the hotel. The esplanade gazebo has live music most evenings with a gathering of people joining in the sing along & Yoga on the beach at 9AM. We look forward to our next visit!

The inn was absolutely wonderful. We only saw a few families, but it was VERY family friendly. We stayed in two rooms. Both were very clean. In one room, we used an air mattress the hotel provided for our son which worked very well. For our move between rooms, we packed our bags and they literally moved everything for us! It was so super simple. We had two minor maintenance issues, but maintenance was so efficient and everything was fixed within 30 minutes, so no issue at all! They really care about the quality of your stay. Breakfast bar was great. Coffee, bagels, oatmeal, cereal, donuts. Simple but great. It was so convenient. They were also always cleaning the bar up and restocking. The pool and hot tub were great. The pool was actually warm. Often times I find “heated pools” are actually cold. Not theirs! It was delightful! Pool noodles for use too. They had all the beach items we needed. Chairs, towels, toys, shark tooth sifters. Right next to the beach! The only con was two staff members opened our door without knocking. Most did knock, but just had two times where they didn’t. Overall it is one of the best stays we’ve had at any hotel. We loved it so much we already booked for next year!
